Nice rooms, nice staff, wish we knew property condition and ongoing renovation noise
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, restaurant amenities were great

Cons:

The property had significant signs of deferred maintenance. We were welcomed with buckets directly om the hallways by our room collecting water leaking from the roof for our entire stay. There was also a piece of the roof falling off and hitting our hotel room window the entire stay, making it next to impossible to sleep. Also the noise associated with renovations started very early in the morning making it also impossible to sleep

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.
Pros:

Very central to everything in the downtown area. Clean and offered everything we needed.

Cons:

Parking garage is low. A challenge with a truck. If you don’t have air suspension that lets you lower your truck you won’t make it as very low ceiling.

Our was very good friendly staff great room
Pros:

The breakfast when we order from the menu was excellent. The buffet was not very good I had egg Benedict it was cold and very little sauce.hard to eat.

Cons:

Buffet could have been better.

convenient location, great staff, undrground access to tunnels.

We had multiple staff assist us for 1 request as if they were vying to see who gets to help :)

Room was clean. Temperature control is handly. Right across from Convention centre is convinient. Person who cleaned our room is very proactive. She must have seen that we drink tea only, so she put extra tea in the room.

Pool is great. Hot tub was not working but looks good!
Did not try the restaurant but looks like it was busy and I can see the food on their table looks great!

Water pressure is great as well as the WIFI.

Bus stops near building where you can walk underground to get to the hotel in about 5-10 min. Under ground is attached to small mall with food court and small stores.

I would warn is that there is this metal plate sticking out from the bed underneath. I hit the back of my foot on it. So I was more careful around that area.

Plus we were facing the water front in front of several bar/restaurants. There were lines to get in Saturday night and we could hear a bit of music. It's fine with my family. Might not be for others who are sensitive to a bit of noise.

There is no coin laundry but apparantly, you can use the sister hotle near by. We didn't as we were ok with laundry.

Will absolutely stay there again!
