Pros:

タイムズスクエアやペンステーションに近い。上層階からは夜景が見られる。ハウスキーパーの人はきちんと仕事してくれるし、エレベーターのセキュリティもバッチリ。宿泊するホテルとしては良い。

Cons:

Top Lage, preiswert, gutes Hotel, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, historisches Hotel. Perfekte Lage, Times Square, Empire State Building und Weiteres fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns Harry Potter und das verwunschene Kind am Broadway angeschaut, toll danach unkompliziert zurück ins Hotel laufen zu können.
Penn Station direkt am Hotel.
NJ Transit zum EWR Flughafen in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Betten waren sehr bequem, es war stets sauber und täglich wurden das Zimmer gemacht. Seife, Shampoo, Spülung, 3 Handtuchgrößen verfügbar. Fön, Bügelbrett und -eisen vorhanden.
Safe vorhanden.

Im Tick Tock Diner kann man rund um die Uhr etwas essen/frühstücken. Das Hotel verfügt noch über zwei weitere Restaurants, welche wir aber nicht besucht hatten.
Frühstück mit Voucher enthält: Tee oder Kaffee, Orangensaft und etwas mit Butter/Frischkäse und Marmelade, zur Auswahl steht zb Toast, Croissant oder Bagel,…
Wer größeren Hunger hat, kann sich auch was zusätzlich kostenpflichtig bestellen. Karte ist umfangreich.
Hat uns gut geschmeckt.

Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gepäck kann am An- oder Abreisetag für $5 pro Gepäckstück gelagert werden.

Für die Lage ist Hotel definitiv preiswert und top. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Da das Hotel natürlich etwas älter ist und teils renoviert werden müsste ist auch sehr hellhörig. Dusche im Nachbarzimmer hörbar, Fenster nicht richtig dicht und auch im 19. Stockwerk hört man Sirenen recht laut.
Für uns weniger problematisch, können grundsätzlich gut und leicht schlafen, wer da empfindlicher ist könnte sich daran stören.

Excelente localização, mas o conforto do quarto ficou aquém do esperado.

Cons:

O quarto no geral é muito pequeno. Nem havia espaço para abrirmos as malas. As camas são demasiado pequenas. O isolamento da janela era péssimo. Entrava vento (frio) e ouvia-se tudo o que se passava na rua.

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos de times square y justo al lado de una estación de metro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias.

Cons:

El hotel está algo anticuado y las habitaciones poco aisladas, se escucha todo de la calle y del pasillo.

Pros:

Die zentrale Positionierung/Lage des Hotel (Nähe Times Square) war super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück gibt es nur in einem Diner (Tick Tock Diner NY). Es gibt nur einen Kaffee + kleiner Saft und nur 3 Gerichte zur Auswahl. Unfreundliches Personal im Diner und man ist definitiv nicht willkommen als Hotelgast mit Frühstück dort. Das Zimmer konnten wir erst nach der dritten Beschwerde wechseln (Boden war z.T. feucht und modrig, Zimmer sehr klein ,keine Aussicht trotz expliziter Buchung, sehr alte Ausstattung, alle Betten nur 150cm!). Die Bilder auf Booking stimmen definitiv nicht mit den echten Zimmern überein. In Summe ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

The staff were friendly. The motel lobby is impressive. In house the choice of restausants. The Tick Tock restaurant was our favourite! The location. The beds are very comfortable, we slept so well.

Cons:

The shower and bathroom are very small. Clean though.

Location was incredible, stay here if you like a stormy shower

- shower was like a storm, it leaked everywhere and always came out the top shooting over the curtain rail so everything in the room would get wet
- very windy in the shower, even though there is no fan or window in there. The shower curtain was flying and always touching you
- tried to call reception 3 times and no answer when we went down to reception she just face palmed us and said she would send a engineer to help the shower we waited 2 hours and no one came. Everyday our shower flooded
