Pros:

Pool, staff and food all amazing. The Merton made up for booking.com mistake of changing our room without informing us! The Merton were so understanding and make it such a memorable trip!

Our stay was very enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but would have liked to have had some poached fish. Location would have been better if closer to shopping area.

Cons:

Only having the one restaurant to eat in, would have been nice to try the buffet restaurant.

We loved the hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Merton. Exceptionally clean, great breakfast, fantastic entertainment every night and a lovely pool. Staff very friendly!

Cons:

Quite warm room due to high outside temperatures and fan didn’t help much.

I had a wonderful holiday and would definitely go back to the Merton
Pros:

The choice and quality at breakfast was excellent
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.
My room was bigger than I expected and was regularly serviced. ( clean towels, bed made etc )

Cons:

I appreciate it must be difficult to maintain but I feel the indoor pool area needs a little work done

Good place for an all round enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great breakfast, good facilities, great entertainment- overall great place to stay and a good location with short walk 10/15 mins to everything beach/town. Bonus was 80’s Sonia - what energy, small but mighty big.

Cons:

Bonus to have pool facilities but some areas need a little updating.
