Outstanding. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The staff are amazing. I have never met so many members of staff that always had a pleasant smile on their face, so will to help and so thoughtful. They all went beyond anyone's expectations. The food was excellent. Can't fault the place.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Merton le personnel est très attentif et le centre aquatique un vrai plus seul petit bémol l'absence de climatisation dans les chambres mais bon avec le réchauffement climatique cela deviendra peut-être nécessaire😉

Was an ok stay, would come back.
Pros:

Nice staff, friendly. Room was quiet.

Cons:

Bed was too hard, no extractor fan in bathroom. Sink drain smelt when using. Rad didn’t work even on clod nice, made a noise needs bleeding.

Brilliant hidden gem
Pros:

The staff are so friendly. It’s a really lovely location. We only stayed one night so I didn’t get to use many of the facilities but I will definitely stay here again. The rooms were super comfy.
