Nice place to stay. Clean and spacious. Nice staff.
Pros:

The rooms were clean

Cons:

All the beds were u comfortable especially the let out couch. The walls are thin, I could hear everything in the other rooms. The ppl above us were very loud. Bathroom needs updating. Toilet barely flushes.

Shitty.
Pros:

A room was available.

Cons:

the room had an extremely pungent smell of concentrated cleaning agent. I opened the windows and left for 8 hours hoping it would subside , but it did not. I had to change rooms. I saw and smelled multiple people smoking all around the property , both cigarettes and marijuana. Not exactly a pleasant environment.
The staff was about as alert and attentive as a turd.

Horrible check in experience
Pros:

I had a horrible check in experience with this hotel. Room was not ready for 3.pm (check in time) I had to wait hours to get the room, finally at 4.pm. Agent was totally careless.. felt disturbed when I was checking again and again on the room. He couldn’t care less. Also forgot to tel about the manager reception (hours) so I almost missed that. Everything was gone already by the time I got there. Gym AC was broken, it was 100 F inside. Overall a poor experience, not even close the usual Homewood Suites experience. I would not recommend.

Family friendly vibe
Pros:

We loved our stay! The suites were so spacious and perfect for our family. Having a full kitchen made it easy to eat in, and breakfast in the morning was amazing. The kids had a blast at the pool, and having restaurants next door was nice in the evening. Other online reviews almost made us not book but I'm so glad we did.

Great Curb Appeal, Everything else - No Thanks.
Pros:

I'm not one to usually write a review, however, after a week of our departure I still feel compelled to write a review. As you arrive to Homewood Suites the check in location is very pleasant and clean, the front desk looks well kept. We checked into our room, and did a quick check , as with children...anything left behind they will find. This was a first, a 1/2 full bag of hypodermic needles. I immediately grabbed the bag and took to the front desk, for disposal. For once in my life, I chose to not make a huge stink about it because I just didn't have the capacity but I can tell you from that moment forward my feeling of safety and comfort had gone out the window. I will say that I appreciated the receptionist's apology and the willingness to comp. the room, however, the feeling of cleanliness and safety were gone. We stayed 2 nights and no real complaints after the original incident so I can't give it a 1 star review. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, the ease of navigating, door entry directly to parking lot, and just overall appeal...it's not a hotel I'd recommend any time soon.
