Worth it!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The beds were too firm and it was difficult to maintain the temperature in the room. It was either too hot or too cold.

Nice property. Too close to freeway
Pros:

We liked the location and the breakfast. The room was nice but noisy because of the highway. I wish the receptionist had mentioned this in offering a room choice

Cons:

Noisy room for sleeping due to being close to the highway.
No hot water in the morning. Had to wait until later. The staff was on it for repair and very apologetic

Pros:

The room was clean and it was fairly quiet. It was close to shopping areas, eating establishments and other various activities. We have stayed here before and that is why we booked it for this trip, because we liked it. The staff was very courteous and friendly, and they were available around the clock.

The coffee was empty but the dining room was full so that must mean it was good. We couldn't get in because of so many already in the dining room.

Location was fine

Cons:

Worst bed at Hampton inn ever, like sleeping on plywood. Cheap small pillows. Not up to the standard of the many other Hampton Inn locations our family has stayed at across the nation. Very disappointing. Not the usual reliable quality bed.

W will think twice before staying at a Hampton inn. We are Hilton Honors. No one asked. No points?
Pros:

The breakfast was much better than we expected. I lady that made the food was exceptional. the eggs were better than I have ever had at a hotel.

Cons:

We asked for a handicapped room with a roll in shower. Yes the room had handicapped bars but had a tub so I could not take a shower. The room was super small. I had a very difficult time getting around the room. If I went somewhere in the room I had to back out.
