Pros:

Frühstück war lecker , Sauberkeit usw….

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel gingen wir mit unseren Kindern in den Spa- und Poolbereich. Mein Sohn ist erst drei Jahre alt. Er spielte und freute sich, wobei er natürlich auch etwas lauter war – so wie es für ein kleines Kind völlig normal ist.
Eine Mitarbeiterin kam jedoch sofort zu uns und sagte, dass mein Sohn keinen Lärm machen dürfe, weil dieser Bereich der Ruhe diene und sich andere Gäste gerade massieren lassen würden.
Ich verstehe selbstverständlich, dass im Spa Ruhe wichtig ist. Allerdings finde ich es unangemessen, ein dreijähriges Kind wegen normalem Spielen und Lachen zurechtzuweisen, besonders wenn der Pool für Familien zugänglich ist. Ich habe mich in dieser Situation unwohl und nicht willkommen gefühlt.

Pros:

Very close to Ku’damm and Zoo station, lovely hotel with clean rooms, large rooms and comfortable beds. The pool was a nice touch!

Cons:

On first night we got a room with malfunctioning ac and during the heatwave it was hell, but the next day they changed our room (but to one without bathtub though🥲) and there the ac worked ok.

Meget dyrt hotel med renovering der larmer hele dagen.
Pros:

Stort dejligt værelse

Mange ekstra ydelser udover dyrt betalt værelse
Utrolig meget larm fra byggeri og starter tidligt hver morgen, hvilket der ikke står noget beskrevet om ved bestillingen. De har vidst i 1/2 år at der skulle renoveres og vi er ikke informeret hverken fra booking eller stedet. Dårlig stil at vælge lave renovering når hotellet er fuldt booket, dårlig stil.
Prøvede at kontakte hotel for hjælp til et af værelserne men hjælpen kom aldrig.
Utrolig dårligt at man skal betale så dyrt for parkering, på sådan et dyrt hotel og ikke muligt for at lade med mindre man betaler i dyre domme for deres parkering
Der lugter meget af hash på og udenfor hotellet og det er ikke ok

Pros:

Wie jedes Jahr waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Da wir jetzt in Folge, dass fünfte Mal dort übernachtet haben, sagt ja schon alles aus. Zimmer, Personal, Frühstück und die Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten die einen Missfallen sind immer dabei. Im Vorfeld schrieb ich eine Mail mit einem besonderen Wunsch, man antwortete mir, dass sich jemand mit mir in Verbindung setzt was aber leider nicht getan wurde. Konnte es vor Ort dann doch noch klären, was im Nachhinein aber auch nicht so ganz geklappt hat. Außerdem fand ich es schade, dass man nur am ersten Tag eine Flasche Wasser Gratis aufs Zimmer bekommen hat. Bei Temperaturen um fast 40 Grad wäre es nett gewesen , dass über den gesamten Aufenthalt zu bekommen. Zu guter letzt wollte man mir die Rechnung per Mail schicken, die leider immer noch nicht da ist.
