Pros:

Wir steigen seit Jahren im Hotel Palace ab, wenn wir in Berlin sind. Wir sind aber nicht mehr so zufrieden wie früher. Die Lage ist aber nach wie vor sehr gut.

Cons:

Die ständigen Kongresse nerven mittlerweile, zuviele laute Teilnehmer. Der Service beim Frühstück verschlechtert sich immer mehr. Früher konnte man unter der Woche ganz entspannt bis 11 Uhr frühstücken. Für Sonderwünsche, wie z.B Egg Benedikt oder andere besondere Eispeisen soll man jetzt extra bezahlen und das bei den steigenden Preisen.

Als ich angekommen bin, hat mir angeboten ein Upgrade für ein besseres grösseres Zimmer mit einem kleinen Aufpreis von 4

Cons:

Die Minibar war leer, Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, habe um Hilfe gebeten, es wurde aber nichts gemacht. Das Personal in der Lobby war überfordert, lange Wartezeit.

Ich trinke gerne Gintonic, sie wissen nicht wie man Gintonic macht. Respektive aber nicht die passenden Gläser, so hat nicht der ganze Tonic Platz im Glas. Ein absolutes no go.

Un buon hotel, ma bagno della camera decisamente migliorabile.
Pros:

Ottima colazione e ottima struttura in generale.

Cons:

La zona Spa un po' vecchia e con acqua della piscina non molto calda.
Bagno in camera vecchio e scomodo con la doccia dentro alla vasca. Una delusione da questo punto di vista.

Urlaub im Berlin kann auch schön sein! Aber wenn man ins Palace Hotel
Pros:

Wie immer , werden wir als Gäste bzw Stamm Gäste herzlich Empfangen ! Und zur unserer Freude werden wir mit einem Upgrade für einen höheren Service und Zimmern beschenkt,als Geste des Management des Palace Hotel!
Wir sind sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf weitere schöne Aufenthalte zukünftig!

Cons:

Es kommt mir vor , das es mit Regulierung des kalt-warm Wasser nicht so einfach ist! Und oft sich das Problem mit dem Jacuzzi.
Vielleicht auch nicht ganz richtig! Es wurde aber sofort darauf Reagiert durch die Leitende Person! Und wir erhielten einen schöneres Suite sowie größerer Raum und Bad sowie jacuzzi!
Ist es geil oder geil 🤔😃😃🌹🌹
