I loved the staff, the proximity to Camp Nou, the service, the huge size of the room, the terrace.

Personnel à l'écoute et réactif. Chambre comfortable et équipée. Tranquille et paisible, bien insonorisé, cet hotel offre du calme.
Le seul bémol à mon sens est l'emplacement, trés exentré il est loin de tout.
La atención en el restaurante
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.
The staff was rude and mostly spoke Spanish, even when talking to us. The check-in was unfriendly, and the overall attitude was unprofessional.
We also had issues with breakfast.
The room lacked basic amenities such as slippers and toiletries. Only refillable shampoo and a 2-in-1 shower gel were provided.
The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, as it’s close to Camp Nou.
This hotel is definitely not worth the money. We’ve had much better experiences in 2-star hotels, with friendlier staff and better overall service.

Location - in Barcelona for stadium tour. 5-10 mins walk away! Perfect!
Tube - close by and surprisingly easy navigate.
Roof top pool - great too.
Very minor but only had green tea available,
No instructions on how to use the coffee machine, lead to short for the kettle so had to re locate to boil. As I say very minor issues!
