Treat yourself to luxury at the Kempinski Hangzhou!
Pros:

The location was just across from the Grand Canal and was easily accessible from the train station. The room was simply amazing, sleek, elegant, and ultra modern. The personnel was extremely courteous and professional. Breakfast was out of this world! I will go back for sure!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The hotel is quite new and I had a wonderful time staying here. The property is quite new and the decor has a truly luxury feel. One of the highlights was the amazing bread shop downstairs—definitely worth a visit! I also want to give a huge thanks to Mark from the front office management team for being so helpful and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next trip.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

The hotel has a nice and grand atmosphere, and our interactions with staff were exceptional- all were very helpful, friendly, patient, and willing to go beyond their necessary duty.

Breakfast was excellent and the view of the grand canal was very nice and soothing. It provides a calmer atmosphere than staying at west lake. There are also some malls nearby for shopping

Perfect blend of relaxation & convenience with helpful staff
Pros:

Kempinski Hangzhou is a fantastic place to relax and unwind, whether you are here for business or just to enjoy some leisure time. Its excellent location means you can easily get to the nearby shopping centres and a variety of restaurants and cafes, so you will never feel stressed or bored. The area is lively but also peaceful, so you can unwind without having to travel far. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and always there to lend a hand, making your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Plus, you can enjoy a view of the UNESCO-listed Great Canal with lots of greenery from your room.

Best hotel in Hangzhou
Pros:

A fantastic hotel! Would recommend this place for anyone travelling to Hangzhou. The rooms are so stylish and beautiful, as is the view. We loved the spa, sauna, gym and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and so helpful. It was my birthday and Mark and the team organised a beautiful cake and card which made our stay so special.

The location is also fabulous. Perhaps it seems a little far away from the lake but I think it's the best location. The old streets and canals nearby are very interesting with great shops and cafes and lots of great spots to people watch away from the really busy areas. Would 100% recommend the hotel and we hope we will be back soon!

Cons:

Nothing, the stay was perfect. A home away from home.

Great hotel in every aspects
Pros:

Large gym and pool, also great breakfast. The quality of the Chinese restaurant for dinner is excellent. Also, next to shopping centre for dining and shopping conveniently.

Cons:

A bit far from metro station.

Very good hotel to stay in Hangzhou
Pros:

The room was good and comfortable but walls a little thin as we can hear crying baby next door.

Cons:

The lights are super hard to manage. We tried for 2 days and still haven’t got it figured out. Everything else was perfect except the lights.
