Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski and enjoyed everything. We stayed in executive room with a nice view and everything was great! I got a delicious cake and flowers for my birthday, it was a lovely surprise.
The location of the hotel is very nice and it's close to a historic street. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is next to a beautiful canal. The room is amazing. Service is also exceptional. We were treated very nicely by a staff, Miss Aria Tou. Her attitude is very polite and very helpful.
