It was great.
Pros:

I liked everything about the stay, from the front desk to the room and to breakfast.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, everything was first class.

Never again.
Pros:

The only good thing was we ordered turkey clubs from the restaurant and it was very good.

Cons:

The room was very old, the bathroom is very small, there is a lot of noise during the night from inside the hotel and outside. Not sure why they get their dumpster emptied during the night on top of everything else.This hotel has seen better days and it’s time to renovate.

Great place to stay in Utica
Pros:

I am a personal assistant for an author, and we came here for Romance in CNY. The hotel is easy to get in and out of parking-wise. The front staff was super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the A/C, and it was taken care of right away. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bar staff was great! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was awesome then too! This was a really great space for the book event.
Since we travel a lot, this is a city, so I always recommend bringing earplugs. The rooms were quiet, but the "city noises" could be annoying to some. Highly recommend this hotel! Great experience all around!
