Won't be staying there again
Pros:

the bathroom was clean and had nice tile

Cons:

The shower was very slippery. The room was so small that there wasn't anywhere to open our suitcases except on the bed!! The pillows felt like they were made out of concrete. Beds poorly made, bottom sheets came off as soon as we sat on the bed.

Budget hotel with small rooms but very handy for Gare du Nord
Pros:

Very convenient location just a couple of minutes walk from Gare Du Nord Station.

Cons:

But the rooms are tiny. So small that the bed is against the wall

Do not stay. It is not safe at all!
Pros:

I felt very very unsafe in this area to the point that we left. The beds had dirt or bugs under the mattress and the room smelled musty and old. We literally stayed 30 minutes and left because there were d*** deals going on outside of the hotel. I asked the desk clerk for a refund and he refused.

There is not one thing I liked about it

Pros:

The room had no windows, no air conditioning, wall were paper thin and the district was really rough.
The staff were great!

Very Basic but close to the Gare du Nord
Pros:

Very small and basic. Close to the Gare so that explains the price.
If you are willing to commute then there are lots of better hotels at this price point.

Was good for the one night we stayed but would prefer bigger room next time. Staff were great and v

We did not have breakfast. One problem is couldn’t close shower door as to small to swerve in. It was fair price for location though.

Cons:

Fix the shower door to get in and beds yr hard. Pillows were very thin too.
