Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We greeted them in French and had a conversation as well as them helping us in English too. They helped us with the bags and kept them safe whilst we went exploring the sights. The view from the balcony was just stunning ! You could see the gorgeous Montmartre as well as the Eiffel Tower- extremely clearly too. There was another building that we thought was Notre Dame but it is not, however it is gorgeous to look at. It wasn't too loud, you could smoke on the balcony too ! The bed was incredible, fell asleep instantly and got a great night's sleep. A 5 minute walk from Gard Du Nord as well as some fantastic food places. Can't recommend this enough and definitely can't wait to come back again and stay for longer... with our improved French speaking !

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich.
Der Balkon ist eher als Steg zu sehen, bietet aber dennoch einen netten Ausblick über die Nachbarschaft und die Stadt.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen um alle üblichen Touristenattraktionen und/oder beliebten Stadteile anzusteuern.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war etwas kleiner als erwartet und nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Wohn- Schlafzimmer getrennt.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr niedrig.

ESPACE TROP PETIT A NOTRE GOUT(cela semblait plus grand dans le descriptif sur le site)-SDB/TOILETTES très petites.

Amazing!
Pros:

Very good stay! The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the train station, which was extremely convenient. I stayed in a single room, which was cleaned daily and always fresh and tidy. The shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Although there was no refrigerator in the room, drinking water was available in the lobby. The staff were professional, competent, and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy. I could hear water running in the neighboring rooms, as well as some renovation noise (drilling), but this was beyond the hotel’s control.

Good location, comfy, but very loud.
Pros:

Location is great, super easy to get to the tube and train station. There is also loads of food options around the hotel, and if you prefer to walk to shops/shopping centres it’s only 20/30mins. Rooms are small and not much privacy in the bathroom as the door has gaps in it - so make sure to travel either solo or with someone you’re comfortable with! The bed was super comfy and there was enough room for two people on a short trip, but wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay with large suitcases. Room service comes later in the afternoon so it means you’re not awkwardly awoken. The only complaints I would have is that I was charged some sort of room tax at the beginning even though my booking said my payment was inclusive of all hidden fees and taxes? So i was confused and disappointed by that. Furthermore, it is LOUD. Between the 24/7 construction and super loud neighbours, I didn’t get much chance to relax. The noise was constant and frustrating.
