Pros:

Friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. Great view of Paris from room balcony. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Gluten free option not available for people with cœliac disease. Luckily I had my own bread.

Near the stations, very spick and span!!! Worth staying at

There was a stool and a small chair to sit in briefly
TV nice design and small

Very clean, nice towels and pillows
Great location as it is near the station and has nice places to eat and drink close by
Reception area has a few seats - nice design with table
Excellent men on reception particularly Milton, could communicate well in English extremely pleasant and helpful
We could leave our luggage before Check in

Helt perfekt til en forlænget weekend.
Pros:

God beliggenhed, mange spisesteder/indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. 5 minutter fra Gare du nord.

Cons:

Badeforhold. Manglende vandtryk, bruser kunne ikke fastgøres.

Ideally situated, comfortable, station and metro 5 mins, local cafes, shops, friendly staff.
Pros:

Easy to book, kept up to date via emails.
Arrival was easy, room ready and clean, lift great, coffee,tea sml fridge in room a pleasure.
Staff friendly and helpful, 5 mins from main line and metro, lovely cafes etc all very close by.
Would definitely stay there again. Plus left luggage facility.

Cons:

We had all we needed to make our stay comfortable, we chose not to have maid service albeit it was available
We couldn’t get the safe to lock which would have helped with documents, but didn’t inform main desk.

Convenient location, nice staff.
Pros:

It was a great location and the staff were nice.

Cons:

The rooms were small, and the shower was even smaller - I could barely get in to take a shower in the small shower stall. I think the double rooms are a little better.
