Great location for nearby stations and room reasonably priced
Pros:

Great location
Room was a good size and we were able to open the window and look onto the street below

Close to Gare du Nord train station.
Pros:

The hotel is a five minute walk from Gare du Nord Train station. The people on reception were excellent both for check in and check out. The room itself was good. Everything worked and was clean. The quality of the fixture and fittings were very good. There was even a kettle in my room.

Cons:

I had a single room and the TV was hinged to the side of the wall pretty low down. It made watching the TV a close experience. Also, I was conscious of not kicking it when sleeping. The area around the hotel itself is not the best.

A hotel in a great location for the Gare du Nord
Pros:

The location suited us as we needed to be near the Gard du Nord. It was right by a bus stop so we could ride to Pigalle for the evening when we arrived
It was also near a very good boulangerie so we could get a good breakfast before going to the station
Great to have a late check out.

Cons:

It was a basic and small room with one side of the bed very close to the wall.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal entre gares du Nord et de l’Est proche des métros.
La chambre était propre et salle de bain récente.
Le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

La literie est épouvantable.
Bien que la petite chambre soit bien agencée, la vue ne nous permet même pas de voir le ciel.
Les couloirs et l’escaliers sont très exigus.
Nous avons choisi cet endroit pour l’emplacement et le prix.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with exceptionally clean rooms and wonderful staff that mad
Pros:

The hotel was exactly what I expected when I found and chose it on Booking. The location is perfect for exploring Paris on foot at a leisurely pace. There are plenty of bistros and restaurants with great food in the neighborhood, as well as some budget-friendly shops. Despite that, the area is actually very quiet.
The hotel itself is cozy and the staff is wonderful. Since we arrived early, they let us leave our luggage at the hotel free of charge so we could walk around Paris while waiting for our room to be ready. Everyone is helpful and always has a smile on their face. The rooms are also exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A bit disappointed, and I would not recommend the breakfast
Pros:

Location was ok quite close to the Gare su nord

Cons:

We had breakfast there a few times and they offered very little of things like tomato,cheese, cucumbers, eggs, they did not replenish them and when I asked the personnel looked at me very unhappy and annoyed and they only supplied the item I asked for not the rest of the breakfast, even though the breakfast was still running for 1.5 hrs more. We waited there over 40 minutes and still no more was offered and the breakfast is paid separately

The room was very cold, the blankets were cold, and the receptionist didn't help at all. I couldn't sleep because I was too cold.
The hotel was closed for some time during the day, and I couldn't get inside. No one was answering the phone either.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, Bus und Metro Stationen sind in der Nähe. Aus dem Zimmerfenster hat man Blick auf die Sacre Coeur. Das Personal is sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer is schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Minibar-Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher mit Becher, Tee, Kaffee. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Das Bett ist bequem.

Cons:

Nur "Kleinigkeiten": Das Zimmer ist wirklich klein, aber das kann man schon im Voraus ahnen. Der Aufzug ist noch kleiner, mit Koffer ist die Fahrt eng.
