Perfect Parisian Experience! A fanstastic hotel and a fabolous team!

Loved everything, the staff and the atmosphere, all was fantastic. Special thanks to Catherine and Safian who were very friendly, compassionate and considerate towards us, the whole team is extraordinary, Breakfast is superb!

I had the most wonderful stay at Touraine. All the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and they prepared a baby crib for my daughter, which was great. I also really appreciated the L’Occitane amenities and the huge bed. It was also really nice that they turned on the air conditioning before our arrival, so the room was cool and ready for us despite it being extremely hot outside. Next time I stop by Paris, I already know where to stay :)

Cons:

The elevator was quite small and had to undergo maintenance during our stay. I was staying on the first floor, so it wasn’t a problem for me, but might be if you have a lot of suitcases.

A nice start to our time in Paris
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and we were celebrating a special anniversary that they acknowledged with a complimentary bottle of wine. Very very thoughtful.

The room was very small - the pictures did not show how very small the room was

Estancia maravillosa
Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta para visitar París. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el desayuno está genial y el personal es maravilloso. Son súper atentos, con muchos detalles y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Sin duda volveré a este hotel cuando vuelva a París.

Cons:

En nuestro caso viajábamos con una bebé y ella duerme siesta por la tarde. Un día llegamos al hotel a las 15:30 para que ella pudiese dormir y la habitación estaba sin limpiar por lo que ese día no pudieron arreglárnosla.
