11/10 place. Lovely staff, super clean and very ordered which we love. Evening meals were tradition English to a very good standard and very reasonably priced for the location. Short walk to Henley.

We asked for a ‘quiet’ room but were put above the bar! However it hasn’t put us off staying again
Beautiful property with good facilities but we weren't able to use the pool beyond 10am and there weren't any dining service in the evenings
Good position and gardens
Great location for Henley Royal Regatta
No air conditioning & just a small fan in a small room was pretty unbearable to sleep in, hence needing to stay out later & up earlier to get out, than we wanted.
Wouldn’t stay again for this reason!

The hotel was immaculate room bathroom was Good.
The mattress was like hard board we had a sleepless night which wasn’t great.
Also when we went down to be served breakfast we was left last,
Other guests came sat down and they was attentive to.
Me & my partner was just left sitting there.
After going to speak with them twice over we managed to get our breakfast.
Al round not a great place to stay.
Great location, great staff and a lovely hotel.
No aircon in the room and 2 fans from the stone age didn’t help. The bedroom was like a kiln.

Because half the hotel was shut off due to ongoing building works we chose to cancel. Can’t believe they still try to continue to be open under the circumstances as it was dangerous
Phyllis Court has a fantastic setting by the Thames,friendly staff and great food and drink

Room , no air con , felt like the guests were a nusisanxe as the hotel was focussing on the Regatta, 7 am lawn mowing . No simple cocktails offered in the bar when we went ( again as focussing on the Regatta )
