Pros:

Nice place to stay if you looking for good value for money.
It is a Bit far from center of seminiak but is also close to changu so I bike is a must
Clean confortabile rooms.
Breakfast is the highlight of this property

Cons:

There is construction right next to hotel 8 to 4 constant hammering and drilling.
It didn't bother us so much cause we where out a lot

Pros:

L’appartement est spacieux et bien placé pour une nuit d’étape. L’accueil a été chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive.

A pleasant stay with lovely staff, despite a few drawbacks
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and always helpful. I really appreciated them during my stay. Breakfast was always delivered very quickly, and the food was tasty. The room itself was comfortable, and in the evenings the area was generally quiet in terms of traffic.

Cons:

Before booking, I had read the reviews, so I was aware that the property was a bit far from the center and that there was construction nearby. However, I didn’t expect it to take around 25 minutes by scooter to reach central Seminyak, or for the construction to be literally right next door.

The construction noise, from around 8 AM until 5 PM, was unfortunately very difficult to tolerate. I even had breakfast in my room because it was too noisy to sit outside in the common area. I completely understand that the construction itself is not the property’s fault, but when choosing accommodation further away from the busy center, you naturally expect a quieter environment.

Although soundproofing could be better, as I could hear other guests and doors being slammed.

I didn’t use the pool during my stay. It’s quite small and, in my opinion, didn’t look particularly well maintained or inviting.

A few small additions to the room would also help, such as a toilet brush and hooks or hangers for towels.

Breakfast served to your bright clean room
Pros:

The room was very bright with 3 windows to a beautiful view. The breakfast is served straight to our room. Mini kitchen in the room. Lots of parking space for motorbikes.

Cons:

Workings around the area but they stop at night so it's good for us.
You need a motorbike or use grab/gojek which was good for us too.
