Fabulous property, great location but still in a quiet area. The apartment was ideal for us, a couple. Maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase but for us it was ideal. A very lovely apartment, great communications from owners. Some fantastic shops a bars in the immediate area and just a short stroll into the old town (Vieux Ville). We drove. There is a public car park 5mins away. Ignore Google maps which shows a free car park at end of the road… it’s not, it belongs to the military! Recommended

Logement très bien situé, propre et confortable. Juste un peu délicat la douche visible du lit lorsqu'on est entre amis...Pour le reste, tout est parfait.

Appartement très agréable, Lit très confortable, service TV très appréciable par temps de pluie et le soir. Il nous a manqué un peu d’équipement pour cuisiner, couvercle, poêle, verre, couteau de cuisine. Sinon tout est parfait

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé dans un quartier sympathique au bord du vieux Lille (bars, restaurants et tous commerces à proximité).

Attention, les escaliers sont raides, sans doute pas adapté pour des très jeunes enfants, grosses valises...
