Najbardziej uderzająca była niezwykła życzliwość i autentyczna troska ze strony personelu- szczególnie restauracji
. Każdy uśmiech, każde dobre słowo i każda pomoc płynęły z serca, a nie z obowiązku. Widać było, że to nie jest tylko praca – to pasja. Nawet po wielu godzinach, po trzech dniach intensywnej pracy, potrafili być obecni, uprzejmi i pełni energii dla gości.
To zwykli ludzie, a jednocześnie niezwykli w swojej postawie. Ich zaangażowanie, serdeczność i profesjonalizm sprawiają, że człowiek czuje się naprawdę ważny i mile widziany.

Piękny pokój
Miałam wszytko co potrzebowałam. Komfortowy pokój z właściwym metrażem, chociaż łazienka trochę mikra, ale dało się to zaakceptować. Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, nie potrzebowałam transportu z dworca PKP, lekki spacerek.Blisko do Rynku i wielu atrakcji Wrocławia.
