Personāls bija laipns. Kvalitatīvi mazgāšanās līdzekļi dūšā. Gultasveļa bija tīra un kvalitatīva. Lēja labs bārs ar laipnu personālu. No viesnīcas 20 min gājiens līdz vecpilsētai.
Logu nebija iespējams atvērt, bet ventilācijas sistēma nav tīrīta, pie gaisa izplūdes siena bija aplipusi ar putekļiem. Arī daudzas virsmas bija putekļainas (spoguļa kronšteins vannasistabā, durvju vērtnes augšdaļa, telpas stūri un citas virsmas, kuras ir grūtāk sasniedzamas). Dīvāna gulta tiešām nebija ērta. Istabas divguļamā gulta bija laba. Neiesaku izvēlēties booking piedavato variantu 2 pieaugušajiem un 2 bērniem, kur kā papildus gulēšana tiek piedāvāts dīvāns. Bildēs, kas uzņemtas ar platleņķa kameru šķiet, ka ir vairāk vietas nekā ir patiesībā, jo telpā palika ļoti maz vietas, kad dīvāns ir izvilkts, vienmēr jāpievērš uzmanība skaitļiem, šajā gadījumā platībai, ko es pats neizdarīju. Es šo drīzāk nosauktu par standarta numuru nevis suite. Viesnīcā bija jūtama gaisa atsvaidzinātāja vai tīrīšanas līdzekļa aromāts, tā gan ir gaumes lieta, tomer man patīk ja ir neitrāla vide. Izrakstīšanās dienas rītā bija ugunsgrēka trauksme viesnīcā un bija evakuācija. Nezinu iemeslu, bet pēc tam to attcēla. Tas diezgan ietekmēja kopējo dienas ritmu, jo bērni šādi pamostoties bija stipri satraukti un vēlāk neēda brokastis.

Bardzo czysty i komfortowy pokój, wygodne łóżka, świetna lokalizacja oraz przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Dużym atutem były również wysokiej jakości kosmetyki Rituals w łazience oraz smaczne i różnorodne śniadania.
Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania.

The lobby and hallways feature a stunning interior design that immediately impresses. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is excellent - situated close to the city center with convenient tram and bus connections. A nice highlight was the option to order breakfast directly to our room; we tried it once and found it very convenient.
The breakfast menu lacked variety, offering mostly the same selection day after day. There was also a distinct shortage of warm food options, and the range of sweet treats available for children was unfortunately very limited. However, the menu of the restaurant (paid additionally) was superior and we enjoyed it.

Hotel położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko dworca, Rynku, przystanków komunikacji miejskiej, a także takich atrakcji jak Sky Tower czy aquapark. Ogromny plus za przepyszne śniadania, duży wybór, wszystko świeże i smaczne, miła obsługa.

Słaba klimatyzacja a temperatura w pokoju wysoka, nie dało się przez to spać. Dzieci spały na rozkładanym łóżku, które skrzypiało przy każdym ruchu. Poduszki nie wygodne.
Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. W tej cenie dostałem więcej niż się spodziewałem.
Zdecydowanie na plus lokalizacja i szeroki wybór na śniadaniu. Miłym zaskoczeniem był sok, który można samemu wycisnąć ze świeżych owoców oraz gofry.
