Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Pokój i łazienka czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Pokój raczej z tych mniejszych, łazienka też malutka. Ale na krótki pobyt jest w porządku.
W pokoju czajnik, herbata, cukier, deska do prasowania i żelazko.
W lobby dobrze zaopatrzony bar. Obsługa profesjonalna, miła.
Śniadanie przepyszne, bardzo bogate, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

* Good location — around 15–20 minutes’ walk to the city centre.
* Very friendly and welcoming staff.
* A lovely activity for children: at reception, they give kids little books with tasks to find hidden Wrocław gnomes. Once they complete it, they can bring it back and receive a small gift. Our children absolutely loved it!
* A small playroom for children.
* Clean, comfortable and well-equipped hotel.
* Very good and varied breakfast. There was even a separate omelette station on one of the mornings.

Cons:

* The windows cannot be opened, which was not very comfortable.
* The hairdryer in our room did not work. We called reception and were told that another one would be brought to us, but unfortunately it never arrived. Our child had to go to bed with wet hair.

Dostaliśmy pokój dla osób niepełnosprawnych, linki w pokoju, cerata pod prysznicem utrudniała swobodne mycie, toaleta wysoka z podpórkami, zbyt blisko niskiej umywalki ,niewygodne dla osób zdrowych, lusterko powiększające na niskiej wysokości. Czuliśmy się jak w szpitalu. Bardzo zimno w pokoju, pomimo ustawienia klimy na grzanie, ostatecznie wyłączyliśmy. Pokój wychodzi na ogromne klimatyzatory i całą noc słychać huk tych pracujących urządzeń . Bardzo miękki materac, sprawa upodobań oczywiście. Ogólnie byliśmy zmęczeni przed dalszą podróżą.
