Mala comunicación y detalles que dañan la experiencia
Pros:

Me gustó a la hora del checkin la gente muy amable y las instalaciones bastante bien se nota que tiene sus años pero bien mantenido

Cons:

Mi experiencia fue bastante decepcionante. Había coordinado previamente con el recepcionista quedarme una noche más y realizar un late checkout, ya que mi vuelo sale a las 12 de la noche. A pesar de eso, al mediodía me solicitaron dejar la habitación, incumpliendo lo que se había acordado. Esto me generó una situación muy incómoda y una pérdida total de confianza en la organización y comunicación del hotel.

Por otro lado, durante el desayuno encontré pedacitos de cáscara en los huevos revueltos, algo que considero un detalle básico de calidad y atención que debería cuidarse.

Una lástima, porque este tipo de situaciones terminan afectando mucho la experiencia general.
