Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Willow Grove

The toilets are too low and the second floor in the hallway didn't smell good; it smelled like old rugs.

Showerhead broken. Had to shower in another room. Didn't get a discount for this inconvenience. Did not find the place super clean; kind of grungy. I was given another room, which was fine the following day after I reported the broken faucet.

Slightly dated.

The room was dirty! Hairs found everywhere, old flossers and food in the couch cushions. The couch bed was broken and only laid at an angle. Both queen beds were horribly uncomfortable, one of them was broken. Like broken springs, very loud and horrifically uncomfortable. One family member just slept on a camping pad on the floor instead. Air unit was disturbingly loud. Shower was aggressive, no bathtub and with a toddler that isn’t great, shower also has broken seal so leaks water all over the floor. Hotel often smelled of marijuana or smoke. Gross! Different lights on plugs that made it very bright at night and blinds barely cut out light leaving more light coming in. Too bright for me to sleep well, trash truck came at 4am in the morning and the train goes by throughout the night. All that to say the location worked for us but it was the worst sleep I’ve had…… need updating and better cleaning and new everything. Also the breakfast was yuck. Zero healthy options other than oatmeal.

Shower door didn't close all the way so the floor was wet.

Receptionist was niet vriendelijk en gaf minimale service. Geen schoonmaak en schonen handdoeken terwijl het wel aangegeven was op de spiegel in de badkamer. We moeste bij de receptie schonen handdoeken ophalen.

Too many prices, one - waite from the hotel, other from onsite operater.. felt sick, one from Booking which was 97.00 per night with length of stay, I am a Concession. My stay was interp.

Hotel odor. For the price the hotel was ok.

Was not notified there was a train track right outside my window and it surprised me and woke me up at night. Also the sink was completely cracked frome one side, through the bowl to the other.

we were there for 6 nights..housekeeping came 1 time..we notified the front desk and we're told it would be handled..when we got back to our room nothing was done. Every 2 days our door key didn't work and we had to go down to the lobby and have it fixed..very aggravating..would not stay there again.

When I used the restroom the toilet flushed but wouldn't stop running after flushing. I was able to take the top off and fix the chain length myself to have the stopper go how it's supposed to.

It also looked like the shower was repaired and had a crack that you could see was repaired but not too well.

The person at the desk (Colleen) was very rude, sarcastic and overall not very welcoming. I first asked if there were any conjoining rooms, which I was told they would put a note on my account if available, she immediately dismissed it without even taking a look, she gave us 2 rooms that were no where near each other, we booked our rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed and she put us in one room that had 2 double beds. The one king room we did have smelt very musty and muggy. They told us that they just finished shampooing it. We arrived at 7 pm I’m not sure why the rooms weren’t cleaned well before the 4 pm check in. The breakfast was good but wasn’t replenished quick enough (bacon and potatoes).
