First room we were assigned had paint peeling off the ceiling and smudges on furniture. Game room is sad shape - basically all equipment needs replaced as all are broken in some fashion. We did get a different room, which seemed fine, just 1 area of chipping paint on the one wall but keys not working. In am, tried to get keys activated - no one at front desk (this was at about 8am). After about 15 mins, saw 3 employees get dropped off together and guy walked directly to front desk and finally got us new keys. Went out for the day and upon returning there were 2 guys camping out in the parking lot with a strong smell of weed. When we left the next morning - they were still camped out there same smell…definitely would not stay here again and/or recommend.
The location
We booked a room with two queen beds for 4 adults through booking.com. When we got to the hotel at 11pm they gave us a key card and we went up to our room and found 1 king size bed and what appeared to be a twin size pull out sofa bed. I went back to the front desk and they said they had no extra rooms available and that there was nothing they could do. I explained 4 grown adults were not going to sleep in a king bed and the sofa bed was all springs. (We were also told they had no extra pillows and to use the comforter in the room closet - which had stains on it.).
The front desk was not solutions oriented and just kept saying there was nothing they could do. We ended up finding another hotel and going to that one. I ended up having to ask my credit card to dispute the charge for the stay at this hotel as booking.com said management at the hotel would not agree to the refund. I will never go through booking.com or stay at this hotel again.

I didn’t like anything about the property. It was dirty. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The breakfast was subpar. I was very disappointed in the amount that I paid for staying at the hotel and the quality I got in return.
The hotel maid, was knocking my door many times at 8:00 asking me I had the clock out that day, when clock out is at 11 am I had 3 hours left, and she knocked the door until I woke up and opened. Also the AC is noisy, I had to choose not sleeping due the Noise rather heat stroke.
Slow drain sink, room door wouldn’t shut in its own. It’s was out of line.
