Okay for the price
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, very nice amenities.

Cons:

Way too small bathroom, the door swings open and the toilet is right there. No room to maneuver in the room.

LIE Front desk. Unprofessional & shameful
Pros:

Front desk employee to much LIE , fews Guest coming check inn early between 2 pm to 3pm , they said not room available, still cleaning ( realistic) , after 3.05 pm room available, meaning house keeping not do job properly, just touch up & stregh the bed linen & pilow never change ,also bathroom towel how this happened in IHG hotel associated

Cons:

Toaster was broken the entire stay. Other issues with breakfast. Plus rooms were old. Staff was excellent and tried to make up for shortcomings.

Perfect!
Pros:

This was better than expected. The room was clean and had plenty of lighting. Black out curtains were a bonus. Bed was comfy! Pool/Hot tub was clean. Staff is super friendly too.
