Pros:

The Inn is in the heart of the town and the historic buildings are impressive. We enjoyed a drink in the busy tavern and had a lovely dinner in the restaurant. The room was clean and just fine for the one night. The price was right.

Cons:

There is poor cell reception in the town. I had looked at the website and it stated they had live music on the Thursday but they did not. The website also advertised breakfast which was not available either. Disappointed in these things.

Love Concords Colonial Inn but the quality of service at reception was not a good look …confusion
Pros:

Patio food & Drinks …Kim waitress was outstanding ….Front Desk seamed to be in training , Bartender was very nice & hardworking too

Cozy and romantic.
Pros:

Historic building full of character. Despite old building, bed and bathroom were very comfortable. Walking distance from nice cafes, museums, and short drive from attractions. Lovely town and friendly people everywhere.

Cons:

Windows are very old and would not stay open. They could upgrade the windows in the older part of the building.

Pros:

Tommy was small but comfortable. No elevator. No fridge or microwave in the room.

Cons:

Front desk staff very unhelpful and rude - Leslie in particular.

Enjoyed our stay, would return for another stay.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to shops and food options. The Room in the Prescot wing was cozy and comfortable.
Also enjoyed the on-site tavern.

Cons:

On-site Parking lot was limited during restaurant hours.
