The front desk staff was amazing. My father was there for surgery and our appointment finished sooner than expected. Staff enabled an earlier check in. Actually swapped our room due to mobility issue and provided us with a wheelchair to use. Also a flexible check out.

Everything just perfect. Staff quite friendly, assistance great. Was “Hells Angels” big do in Sudbury & hotel packed with some pretty rough looking fellows. No problems though, just increased police presence, but, when they 1st arrived sounded like convoy M1A1 Abrams tanks entering parking lot. Very respectful, friendly though. No extra rowdiness into late hrs. 2 thumbs up for housekeeping & front desk staff. Will most certainly book this establishment again next trip to Sudbury
Couple ice machines instead of only “1” located by front desk might be good idea as hotel fair size. My room at one end, ice machine on ground floor at other end , so, was bit of walk. No problems though

When it was time for a shower the faucet shot right off the copper pipe. When we asked for a room to shower in, we were offered a dirty room. After asking for the manager we were offered a clean room to shower in and a $20 gift certificate to the diner next door
Perkins served good meals.
We appreciate the quick action of the front desk when we notified them of the clogged bathtub. It was fixed right away.

Great hotel with clean pool and nice location within walking distance to a park with splash pad. Lots of parking & even had garbage cans for dog waste which we rarely find at other hotels.

Room 347 location was so noisy it was very difficult to get any sleep until after 1AM.
When we returned from a family function at 9:30 pm, the hallway outside the door of our room was used as a party place for residents, I assume, of other rooms on the floor. There is no wall between the lobby and that area outside the door, so any visiting done down there was fully audible and very loud. The window is also right above the front entrance which increased the noise in the room. When called after 12:00 AM, the front staff was unable to control the level of noise and it did not stop until after 1AM. They did answer the call promptly.
I recommend room 347 be made into some kind of store room.
