Location, exceptional front desk service, most helpful with my parents

Elevator was out of service for part of our stay. My parents were relocated to a main floor room, much appreciated

The patio entrance needs better snow removal as you have to climb over a mound of built up ice from snow falling from the roof of the building.

Supper was good. Did not have breakfast

Cons:

The sink and the tub would not drain so I couldn’t shower before my early medical appointment. Clerk was a bit cold when i told him his response was that I should have told him so he could give me another room to shower in. It was an early appt. And I didn’t plan for that to happen so I did not have time to.

I would like to share my experience regarding one of your morning staff members, I believe his name is Dave, who was on duty around 5:00 AM on March 2.

When I politely asked about the security deposit, he responded in a sarcastic manner, saying, “Can’t you see this paper? Can’t you read?” while referring to the receipt. I found his tone disrespectful and unprofessional.

I understand it was early in the morning, and perhaps I approached him while he was not at the front desk, but I was simply asking a question politely. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel uncomfortable.

Overall, our stay was good and the restaurant was superb. However, this particular customer service experience was disappointing.
