Was very clean and beds very comfortable
No Hot tub, which I should have checked further before booking. The whole reason we booked was the pool/hottub after a 12 hour drive. Only One staff member in the afternoon doing everything? Very understaffed meanwhile during the morning there was 100staff members roaming around.

Pet friendly and renovated. No breakfast, but a restaurant (Perkins) attached. Location near hospital, Science Center and Four Corners.
Walls were not well insulated, a little noisy. I forgot my earplugs.

The bed was not the best springs were felt when sleeping. The A/C needs attention. No breakfast included

The entire third floor smelled strongly of canabis. When I asked that my family be moved to another room I was first told there were none available, then told there was one queen studio, with a pull.out sofa bed. I asked what they suggested we do, I was told I could check out. I asked for a refund and was denied. My family took the Queen studio and couldn’t even use the pull out sofa bed, it was nothing but springs. Terrible.
The location was perfect for my needs.
Paper products were very sub standard. As an elderly person I prefer better quality tissues and tp. That was my only concern. Maybe minor but none the less major for my comfort

My reason for poor review is the fact I booked this hotel for the pool and pool was not available.
Restaurant food at Perkins was good but extremely slow! Only two waitresses working for entire restaurant,

We had issues at the Best Western, Travelodge took care of us immediately and gave us a pet friendly room and were great. Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. Great stay and close to Wal Mart. easy access and good parking.
The lobby was nice
The pool was inoperable, many folks smoking right outside the front door, the rooms were in rough shape
