Hotel met our needs but could have been better.
Pros:

Hotel was clean, quiet and bed comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection. WiFi worked well. Asked for room to be ready by 2pm and it was.

Cons:

Pillow selection was not varied enough. Room had an odor of disinfectant. Room was too hot even with heating turned completely off.

Met all of our needs.
Pros:

We were travelling for a funeral and this stop allowed us the peace we needed as it offered no problems and staff were friendly and accommodating. Upon Arrival reception realized we were 'older' and had booked us on the second floor (no elevator) and so he offered us the same booking on the main floor. So Helpful and thoughtful for us.
Good variety for breakfast, comfortable room and bed

Cons:

We had no complaints for an overnight stay.

Great location & friendly staff
Pros:

Location right off 401 is great. The restaurant right beside it has great food as well. The staff that I interacted with were helpful & pleasant. I love that they have several pet friendly rooms, we were able to bring our pup on the trip. The beds were comfortable

Cons:

The hotel needs a serious deep clean & to be renovated. Our room: the baseboards were filthy with a layer of dust; the lamp shades had i think, mold on them, the heaters/AC units in the wall turned on every 30 seconds & u could see light to outside around the unit. The rugs down the hallway were cut in several places.

Always a great time here but this weekend with the hockey team was the worst hotel stay of my life.
Pros:

Everything was great for a lot of nights until this booking

Cons:

A loud annoying hockey team using my hotel door as a goaly until midnight both nights.. it was a hallway party with kids and hockey nets not letting anyone pass… You say excuse me, these kids stay laying on the floor and not moving their hockey nets… hopefully no one used a cart for their bags… hallways were 5 different hockey games = 10 nets… 100 wild kids ,100 parents or so were drinking partying letting a bunch of kids go wild, not caring at all about anyone… they also put tape on my peep hole on the door…. One time I opened my door and a guy leaning on it feel into my room! But I really hated my door being the goaly!! Like slap shots off my
Door lol…. My room echoed and this riot of people never ever shut up…. Breakfast wasn’t really possible, maybe if you wait a half hour for empty stuff and let everyone trample your family… adults cut my kids in lines for the food… hockey team took over!…. I stayed a lot of nights before and loved place but now I had a weekend where I really felt annoyed and ripped off, not very safe…… it was not a good experience. I guess it can have its ups and downs due to people that go there.

Disgusting rooms, horrible food, rooms not cleaned, and workers take stuff out of your room. Avoid.
Pros:

When my card wouldn't let me into my room the front desk lady was very nice and helpful, as well as apologetic.

Cons:

My card stopped working requiring me to get let in each time, the grouting on the tub was literally brown and black, my room wasn't cleaned twice, elevator wasn't working, "breakfast" was disgusting (watery eggs, etc), and worst of all I saved a coffee for myself with one cup so I could have one when I got off work and maintenance came into my room that day to work on my door access but when I got back to the hotel room the coffee pod and the cup were gone and the room wasn't cleaned so I knew it wasn't tossed away by the cleaning staff.

Great affordable place to stay for a day or two

I liked how close to the Detroit tunnel it is and how helpful the staff are
