Pros:

Overall the best amenities for the price a pleasant experience with little to find anything negative to. The breakfast was an additional bonus 😀

Cons:

the hottub policy was not happy to find several children in the hot tub which in my opinion should be for adults only and should extend the hours on weekends.

Pros:

I stayed at this location on and off for approximately 2 weeks after a recovery. From surgery and a transition to moving to another province that being said it was the perfect choice with nothing more to ask for in terms of amenities for the place to do such a life-changing and healing time thank you for providing your accommodations to meet my needs

Cons:

Only thing I could say is I wish the hot tub was open till a little later time and only used by adults

Decent for a Comfort Inn but needs overall attention.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, hot tub and pool and staff were very responsive and respectful

Cons:

Security key card access was not working properly (staff fixed once reported), room smelled smoky, room missing a trash can (replaced once reported), phone in room not working (replaced once reported), property is old but desperately needs a deep cleaning or ideally a renovation - especially bathroom toilets and shower. Furniture very outdated.

Over all I wouldn’t stay again. Aside from the staff member on Saturday night the staff was not overfly friendly, spoke
Pros:

The closeness to the bridge for easy on and off access. How warm the hot tub was.

Cons:

Bath tub didn’t drain, the soap dispenser in the shower had mold on it. The room clearly was never vacuumed as gold tinsel was everywhere. I was threatened to be canceled because I had to change my card and was not aware it was going to be pre charged. I also was not aware of a required $150 security deposit that was a 5 day hold. Then let’s add in a hockey team being there who ran the halls on night long knocking on everyone’s door yelling.

Excellent hotel and very reasonable to stay at!!
Pros:

The staff were awesome and very helpful .. especially Tammy one of the housekeeping crew .. she was helpful and very friendly to talk to .. I was there for a few days for my brothers internment so was not there on vacation but Tammy made me feel like I was with family and would get me to smile at times.

Cons:

It is not really something I didn't like because the staff was very helpful .. I mentioned I was a senior and accidently booked on upper level but they had moved me before I arrived that a room was available on the lower level they had booked me .. also the check-in time was late inafternoon but I was allowed to arrive earlier because I came in on the train ... I understand check-in times because of cleaning takes time after one leaves but I am glad I had asked for a different time with the situation ... really the only suggestion i have is that the guests who bring their pets should be in one area of the hotel ...i had a dog next door who i heard bark quite often
