Rooms were not the same standard as other Comfort Inns that I’ve stayed at.

Food,they must prepare food that all can eat like kids and adult…and if say breakfast you will expect there’s bacon,sausage,eggs etc.and there must have one staff to assist especially in doing toast..the old people don’t know how to adjust the temperature so there bread become black over toast…

Dated, definitely could use a renovation. Pool deck needs more check ins for cleanliness and supplies (required quests to shower with soap before entering pool but soap dispenser was empty)

One of the Customers was kind of rude. He didn’t like that fact that I booked through Booking.com. He stated that I booked through a 3rd party vendor. So he tried to give me a hard time with checking in.

I am contacting you regarding a serious issue that happened during my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario.
I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com from May 8, 2026 until May 12, 2026. During my stay, the hotel manager approached me in a disrespectful and humiliating way after I used the swimming pool. Instead of speaking professionally, I was told to “go shower before using the pool next time” and was threatened that I could be charged or removed from the hotel.
I explained that his way of speaking to me was inappropriate and disrespectful. I also felt targeted and discriminated against as a transgender guest.
Although my reservation was still active until May 12, the manager escalated the situation and called the police to remove me from the property one day before my reservation ended, despite the fact that I had already paid and was not causing any danger or disturbance.
I also had another prepaid Booking.com reservation to extend my stay from May 12 to May 14, but because of what happened, I was unable to use that reservation and had to cancel it as well.
I believe the situation was handled in an extremely unprofessional and discriminatory manner, and I am requesting Booking.com’s assistance with:
A full refund for the unused part of my stay
A refund for the prepaid extension reservation
Documentation of this complaint against the property
I have booking confirmations, receipts, and proof of payment available if needed.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable but the swimming area was clean to an extent the pool was really good and clean
We didn't like the hot tub cuz it wasn't sanitizing and look pretty slimy
The room was clean everyday.
