Lack of customer support.
Cons:

Was running late for check-in. Tried to reach the hotel before check-in closed, without success. No one reached out to me, neither by message, not by phone. Ended up going to a other hotel but paying full price.gor this one.

Desinfeccion urgente!

Me gusto la ubicacion.

Cons:

Que no tenia aire acondiciobador y la habitacion estaba muy caliente.
Aparte a las 3 personas que nos hospedamos ahi nos salio ronchas por todo el cuerpo. Son chinches! Es una desepcion! Deberian desinfectar por completo. Sino cuantas pwrsonas mas se van a enfermar.

Das Hotel ist sauber und verfügt über eine Schalldämmung

Cons:

Insgesamt wurde mein Eindruck vom Aufenthalt durch mehrere unangenehme Erfahrungen beeinträchtigt.

Laut den Angaben des Hotels ist der Check-in ab 17:00 Uhr möglich. Dennoch mussten wir bis etwa 17:30 Uhr draußen warten, bevor wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten.

Außerdem wurden bei unseren bisherigen Aufenthalten immer zwei Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Diesmal fehlten diese jedoch ohne jede Erklärung.

Auch die Situation beim Check-out war enttäuschend. Laut den Hotelregeln ist der Check-out bis 11:00 Uhr möglich. Dennoch begann eine Mitarbeiterin bereits um 10:30 Uhr, die Zimmertür mit ihrem Schlüssel zu öffnen, und forderte mich auf, das Zimmer zu verlassen, obwohl noch 30 Minuten bis zur offiziellen Check-out-Zeit verblieben. Ich empfinde dieses Verhalten als respektlos und als Eingriff in die Privatsphäre der Gäste.

Insgesamt hätte ich erwartet, dass das Hotel seine eigenen Regeln einhält und einen Service bietet, der dem Standard früherer Aufenthalte entspricht.

Cistota a pohodli. Rozhodne doporucuji. V blizkosti vse na co si vzpomenete.

Cons:

Problem je parkovani, ale je moznost parkovat za 10€/den v ramci hotelu za priplatek.

Estadia curta mas muito agradável e proveitosa. Recomendo o hotel pelo custo benefício excelente.
