Strange traces on the headboard and no internet
Pros:

Old section of the hotel this time. Headboard got traces that you don’t want to see in an hotel room.
Internet not working at all in my room. In the new section it was working a tiny bit but not enough to do work. Not even get my emails, forget using the VPN to connect to your work office.
They said to connect to the office one but as soon as you are 1 minute in your room it says no internet connection again. All the good hotels in Cochrane are always full now.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
Pros:

The property was great, and the interior was modern and beautifully maintained. I wasn't expecting such a nice place, especially considering the affordable price. It exceeded my expectations, and I was truly impressed.

Definitely good value for what you pay
And security for getting into building/room defitnetly exceptional.
We were at the back where they served breakfast and away from noisey traffic
Close to food outlets

Very good motel, but couldn’t sleep because of outside
Pros:

Everything was good, staff, facility, cleanliness all good.

Cons:

There was a truck that was parked outside my window, and the wind kept making the truck creak, so I couldn’t sleep all night. Maybe better window insulation

We really just checked in. Went out and grabbed dinner at Parallel 49. Returned to room slept check
Pros:

Breakfast, maybe more selection of juices, milk, or water. A vending machine with pops and juices. Another with chips, chocolate bars, and gum.

Cons:

Parking area could be paved. A pool would of been a nice add with hot tub.

Very happy
Pros:

The motel is very clean with friendly staff and would recommend it. I made a mistake and thought I was reviewing a different place and gave a negative review and the manager phoned me to ask what was wrong. This tells me they are very serious on the review they get, I deleted the negative one on booking. Com but it wouldn’t allow another review so this is why I went to trip advisor. Let me be clear I would not hesitate to stay here the price is very good and again the place very clean with friendly staff

SO DISRESPECTFUL AND UNEDUCATED MEANT NO ACCOMMODATION AND A TRIP TO THE HOSPITAL
Pros:

NOTHING! This location does not follow legal rules about people with disabilities act. I was denied accommodation due to them not accepting my doctor's letter which identifies my dog as a service dog. They want an id card, which isn't legal. The argument that ensued caused me to have a trip to the hospital in an ambulance because my whole reason for having my dog was triggered.

Cons:

The need for proper accommodation for people with service dogs. They have a sign saying they allow service dogs, but do not follow the proper way to prove it is a service dog. I did not like having to find different accommodation on short notice during peak snowmobile season.
