Run! NO HOT WATER!
Pros:

NO HOT WATER! At check in, I was informed they had no hot water and will not have hot water for 3 weeks. This was at midnight and I was unhappy and exhausted so I took the room only to unpack and find out the tolit wouldn't flush. Maintenance had no idea where repair tools were. 1am I was asked if I wanted to move to another room.
Offered a 30% discount which is an insult! We are expected to pay and they are expected to provide: a nice shower 🚿, peace and quiet, and a clean room.
Note: No elevators! Large staircase! I have MS and at least they had a ground level room.

The sweet front desk lady gets yelled at daily and I told her that is the management issue! I suggested she find a different job because they don't deserve her and I doubt they pay her anything near her worth!

Question? Is it legal to NOT provide hot water ( because of hygiene needs and flu/ covid season)?

How can they properly clean without hot water? How can customers clean their hands and body without warm/ hot water?

Well appointed room with plenty of space, good gym and restaurant and in a good location.
Pros:

Room had everything we needed with plenty of space, gym was well appointed, restaurant was handy and had good choice of meals

Cons:

Carpets didn’t look very clean in the room, restaurant and gym

I had a safe and comfortable stay. Breakfast on site. Every staff member welcomed and helped me.
Pros:

Close to airport, clean, comfortable bed, welcoming and helpful staff, love lake Hood and the planes.

Cons:

A little noisy in early morning

Poor desk help
Pros:

Food and meals excellent. Love the staff in the restaurant

Cons:

Check in desk very poor in communication. Gave me a room that already had a guest staying. Woke them up and very questionable about security at that point. Finally gave me a first floor room. We are elderly and had to come back down to the first floor. Had a poor experience with the desk last year also. Will not stay there next year.
