Pros:

3rd year we stay here while visiting L. A. the location on Venice Beach is perfect, everything is walkable distance. Hotel is nice, bed is comfortable and staff is friendly. This time we got the free upgrade at the LOFT and it was amazing!

Cons:

Elevator is slow, but I think they can fix it :)

Great location great staff!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. That is of course except for the elevator that does needs some help. The rooms are clean. The staff is great and we enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms are a bit small.
For the price for the location and for the staff I don’t think you could beat it.
We will be back.

Konumu gerçekten iyiydi,
Otoparkı ücretli günlük 38$ (çevre otellere göre uygun) ancak ücretli oluşunu doğru bulmuyorum.
Otoparkın konumu ve yeri gayet iyiydi,
Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.

Cons:

Odadaki en büyük sorun temizliğiydi, örümcek vardı olmamasını isterdim.

Unexpected Cancellation and Poor Front Desk Service
Pros:

Our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. We had informed the hotel in advance that our flight was canceled and that we would arrive one day later. The hotel confirmed that our reservation would stay active.

However, when we finally arrived after a very long trip, we were told at reception that our booking had been canceled because the hotel had tried to charge our card before arrival without informing us.

The service at the front desk was also poor and unhelpful, especially considering the situation. After many hours of traveling, we had to look for a new hotel late at night and pay extra costs ourselves.

I recommend future guests make sure directly with the hotel how and when payment will be charged, even if the booking says “pay at the property.”

la ubicacion, a 2 cuadras de la playa , cerca de lugares para comer, acceso a buenas avenidas de salida para centrop de La o Santa Monica

no tiene disponibilidad de dessayuno , ni piscina o algun otro upgrade que creo que por precio deberia tenerlo
