Pros:

Comfortable beds with lots of room and a small dining and kitchenette area. Great area for wandering around Venice Beach and walking to Santa Monica - loads of cool bars around. Plenty of towels and nice basic cosmetics provided in the bathroom (shower, soap, conditioner), plenty of plugs for charging electronics

Cons:

Kitchenette area just had a fridge and a small coffee maker - not a kettle for hot water. No water provided (small bottles in the room were $5 each if used).
The car park situation is misleading - it’s safe and secure right by reception however it does cost $38 PER NIGHT on top of what’s quite a pricey stay. The AC seem to have a mind of it’s own sometimes so it took us a couple of nights to find the right settings.

Mother daughter trip so fun!
Pros:

Great location steps from beach and canal.
Rooms clean and bright most with balconies!

Super nice staff and bike rental Nextdoor.
I feel like it's a great value! The got the parking space rate so no worries about parking.
But neighborhood close, you could park there.

Perfect stay for Venice beach
Pros:

Top location, top room, but above all the staff was perfect!
Would definitely recommend it and go there again.
The hotel is on busy street but no noise problem in the room.

Aside from the elevador, it's a good place.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean, and looked renewed.
The location is very good, close to the ocean and to a lot of bars.

Cons:

The elevator is not working. The staff knows there's even a sign saying, "The elevator is slow; take the stairs." On the last night, the elevator was simply not working at all. Staff mentioned that it has been like this for more than a year.

Wonderful and comfy stay near the beach with friendly staff and nice rooms.
Pros:

The hotel was a lat minute find for an extra night because our flight got canceled as we are about to board. To our surprise the inn is near Venice Beach about 3 min walk. The rooms are comfy and cozy, with soft bed and fluffy pillows. The rooms are well kept and clean. Ample towels for the room which is always a plus. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and make sure we got everything we needed for the stay. Can't recommend enough. When I'm back to visit Santa Monica/ Venice beach I will try to stay at this place again.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Great stay.

Would definitelly recomand it and repeat it,just- great!
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helpful- they really listened to us and answered to all our needs

Cons:

Locationwas just perfect- just a step to everything we needed- the bike rental also in the same building- just super! Even if located on a croudy / main street the room was quiet and with a nice view!

Habitaciones amplias y ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de Venice Beach y rodeado de restaurantes y cafeterías, lo que permite recorrer la zona caminando con total comodidad.

La habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y contaba con aire acondicionado, algo que se agradece especialmente en los días más calurosos. Además, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. En especial, Alfonso fue muy atento durante nuestra estadía y siempre tuvo una excelente disposición para ayudarnos. En general, todo el equipo nos hizo sentir muy bien recibidos.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue que el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio durante nuestra estadía. Aunque nuestra habitación se encontraba solo en el primer piso, subir maletas grandes y pesadas por las escaleras no fue una tarea fácil. Hubiera sido un buen gesto que el hotel ofreciera ayuda con el equipaje o algún tipo de compensación por la falta de un servicio tan importante.

Fuera de ese detalle, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena y no tuvimos otros inconvenientes.

Pros:

Smallish boutique hotel with a mid-century mod sort of decor. No complaints. Place felt more personal than a chain. Rooms were clean. Bedding was comfortable. Climate was controlled. Location is amazing. Quick walk to Venice Pier. BTW - loved Venice. LONG walk to Santa Monica pier filled my soul with happiness and sun 🌞
