I love this hotel, I stay 2-3 nights each week and the staff all know me and are super helpful and professional. In a 5 star hotel, it’s the service that sets the hotel apart and that’s so true here.

Rooms wise, the facilities are gorgeous and very well designed


I wish the clientele weren’t so ghetto, but the rooms are soundproofed so I don’t normally hear the partying going on.

The food is incredible. If they could just get rid of all the guests it would be perfect haha. The spa is a bit of a party area

Please do not waste your money effort and time in visiting this run down rubbish place.
I ask got food poisoning from their restaurant. AVOID!

Overall good stay, restaurant staff and cleaners were very polite and friendly. Very peaceful settings, easy parking. Loved the golfing range and price.

Room was nice overall, modernised with electrical options for do not disturb, curtains, LED mirror, mattress and pillows were divine.

Cleanliness (attention to detail) lacked at times, found a popped balloon under the seat upon check in, the drawers leather was peeling away and creaked whenever you opened or closed it, no toilet scrub brush, found hair in various places. Also, internet stopped working for like an hour one evening so couldn’t watch apps on tv.

Pool and steam room area were well taken care of by cleaners, sweeping the water away and replacing towels etc. but the area itself is small, limited space to sit, in the pool there is only stairs to sit on other than 4 beds, jacuzzi bubbles very powerful so couldn’t have them on for long, under the stairs was quite rusty. Gym was small with limited facilities, but ok to go to in the morning when quiet.

Forgot our sunglasses in the range area, they were not handed in to reception or the range staff unfortunately, so assumed to have been taken.

Hotel had no atmosphere. Bar staff had no personality or warmth about them. Didn’t know what/how to make an Irish coffee! Firepit restaurant food was very nice but overpriced. Staff friendlier but again quite functional-messed up bill so we currently have 2 payments out and awaiting a refund of incorrect bill! Bar was closed by 11pm.
No perks - no breakfast deals so all in all not Particularly impressed with our stay.

Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. The food is very much American asian infusion and is fantastic. Not massively vegan friendly menu but they made the effort to cater for me. Everyone one was really friendly and nothing was too much of an ask. They also have amazing cars if you want to be chauffeured!

Food and service was excellent, breakfast was amazing! Staff were accommodating. Pool and jacuzzi facilities were nice but a bit small. Overall would recommend!!

The hotel in general is good, however the bed is uncomfortable and way too soft. The pillows were very hard too. The bath lovely, the shower not bad. The korean restaurant food wasnt bad but its literally meat...needs more veg or salad option as its very rich. The ribs were quite dry, the turkey was nice though and the cocktails were good.

Overall it was just ok....some of the staff were quite miserable looking and moody. I asked for the breakfast to be placed on the table inside the room and the staff was very irritated by this....nt sure if id return to this hotel again in a hurry. Shame..

For the price point you don’t get much included. Also most of the clientele that is staying there are young teenagers some immature the spa pool had cocktail glasses in the pool. It is portrayed like it is much bigger and much luxurious online however is very disappointing in person however that is marketing for you.

Amazing experience, very different which makes it more exciting and in the middle of no where, so very peaceful. Shout out Ryan for his amazing hospitality and customer service. It’s the small things like that make the experience much more better. Will definitely recommend to visit The Cave.

Nice place to stay for a weekend getaway very nice and clean only issue for me was that in the mornings around 10am there was a lot of noise by cleaning staff and could be heard inside the room also requested an iron to not be given it until the second time when I had to go to reception to ask for it the facilities within the hotel were great

A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend.
Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space.
Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. Steam room didn’t feel like a steam room, unfortunately but that’s the only down side.
Staff were attentive at all times, polite and made us feel very welcomed!
Firepit is a must! Lovely food! Slightly expensive but I guess that’s the going rate for quality service.
Would visit again.

We had an outstanding 2x day stay , from check inn to checkout and everything in between was luxurious with attention to detail. Great food and brilliant staff.

Amazing hotel , restaurants are fabulous. The food was outstanding especially in the firepit. Staff were wonderful. The hydro pool was lovely but it’s very small with only 4 day beds in there . But it’s a golfing hotel not a Spa so we were not too disappointed as everything else was fantastic. Thank you for a great experience.
