Relaxing, comfy and everything we needed
Pros:

Lovely anniversary stay
Pros:

Gorgeous room, super soft comfy bed, amazing food at the Korean cowgirl restaurant. Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch.

Cons:

Shower was a little too hot without being able to turn down which was odd, spa area could use a little tlc but nothing major

Good stay but felt it was overpriced.
Pros:

Liked the staff, had a great view, and lighting options.

Cons:

Aircon issue but realised too late so slept with balcony door open. Need hooks outside of shower for towels. Shower was also dark so extra light would be useful.

Completely disappointed…….. The hotel ruined my stay by downgrading my room the night before and then offered a bottle o
Pros:

The staff were amazing

Cons:

My room was down graded due to apparently another person booking at same time however The cave didn’t make me aware of this until 9.30pm the night before we were due to arrive even though I had booked 3 days earlier so it was impossible for me to find an alternative hotel. The spa is quite small and the computer system used to order drinks wasn’t working so we had to go outside of spa to order drinks, room service wasn’t exactly quick and we also had to wait quite a long time for that also, disappointed at the cost and although all staff members were lovely they seemed understaffed as everything took so long even check in we waited over 45 minutes to be checked in
