Rooms were beautiful, very stylish, staff extremely friendly. Oh and the bed was the softest I’ve ever slept in, great nights sleep.

Staff were good, atmosphere was good, peaceful, service was a little slow in restaurant but food came out quite swiftly
Service was slow in restaurant but food came out swiftly, special requests for partners birthday were not met in restaurant, our table for dinner was in the lounge and was quite loud and found it difficult to speak to my partner without being quite loud to each other due to background noise. Sauna and steam room were not working, and very little room to sit, couldn’t get seating or loungers for the time we was in the spa. So was disappointed with that.

Even though it’s a spa resort , the gym was tiny and the sauna wasn’t working.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating, they go out of their way to make sure everything is right and that you are happy.
Rooms are luxurious, very well kept and really clean. The beds are extremely comfortable aswell 👌🏼
