Beds were extremely firm, woke up with a sore back
Structure of hotel was falling apart in some areas

Really bad experience
Cons:

The hotel advertises a pool on its website, but it’s not true. We chose the hotel because of the pool, since we wanted to spend time with the kids. When we arrived, they told us the pool was closed and they didn’t know when it would reopen. They should have posted that information before guests made their reservations. The second issue was that during the night, there were some rooms with drunk guests playing very loud music, and they kept us awake. The place is not suitable for children.

overpriced for the quality
Pros:

the temperature in the room and lighting was ok (not too bright)

Cons:

bathtub was dirty, the bed cover on one bed had stain, strong smell of chemical cleaners in the corridor, the beds were double not queen
there were not enough towels (only one set), so we had to request

It was OK that is why this was my second time I stayed there
Pros:

It was relatively quiet, the bed was comfy but you need new pillows.

Cons:

Initial the TV didn't work properly, the phone didn't work nor did the electrical outlet to be used for the coffee maker didn't work
