Bed was comfortable
TV didn’t work. Young people next door having a noisy party. Couldn’t sleep.
We had a ground floor pool side room for an extra cost. The room had been renovated with laminate/linoleum flooring. The hallway carpet had been replaced as well. We could see renovations were taking place as the room 2 doors down was also having new flooring fitted. The problems we had were that people were sitting outside the room facing the pool smoking and drinking from morning until night, not only cigarettes but pot as well. We chose this room as we like to sit outside in the evening but this was impossible so we has to sit inside with the door closed but we could still smell it. We did tell them about this but they continued. This spoilt our stay.
No breakfast included. Parking lot rough. Balcony not maintained and in poor shape. Air conditioner very noisy.

Old, dirty, rooms not cleaned.
Mold smell throughout.
Was advised it was newly renovated prior to booking but its NOT.
Booked 3 rooms and all 3 have rooms have different types of old toilets . 2 rooms smells like mold.
Advised front desk rooms are horrific and even have dirty towels hung behind door. Checked another 2 rooms and it was in even worst conditions.
Gave up and good luck for those that plans to stay here.
