Hotel shows its age, chipped paint, hole is bathroom wall. Padded toilet seat , yuck! I expected much more for 166.00 a night. Disappointing.

Overall a good value and it meets my needs so I continue return when in London for work.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Location is good. The staff is freindly and helpfull.

Cons:

Sometimes things in the room don't work. I have to check the outlets on the lamps before plugging in to see if I can charge my devices. On the last stay the refridgerator wasn't plugged in. There was one plug within reach of both the TV and the fridge. the design of the plugs on both appliances made it so both couldn't be plugged into the same outlet so they just left it unplugged. A cheap power bar would have solved the problem.
