Fünf Sterne, sehr verdient.
Pros:

Ein luxuriöses, gut geführtes Hotel. Wunderbares Frühstück, schöner Garten.

Cons:

Excellent hotel; great stay due to proximity to Biennale and Venice museums.
Pros:

Great hotel, centrally located. Restaurant serves excellent food. Staff very professional and attentive.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable unless you moved to side less used. Hotel might be slightly overpriced but my stay was in October when Venice is busy.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Venice, with a beautifully designed room and an unbeatable location
Pros:

The location was absolutely superb, right in the heart of Venice, with easy access to almost all the city's major attractions and places of interest. It was the perfect base for exploring Venice, with everything conveniently within walking distance.

The room was beautifully laid out, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with lovely attention to detail that made the stay feel extra special. The combination of an excellent central location and a charming, well-designed room made for a truly enjoyable experience.

Cons:

The breakfast was somewhat disappointing, as the choices were rather limited. A wider selection of options would have made the experience more enjoyable and better complemented the otherwise excellent stay.

1- la omelet de huevos con vegetales te la cobran extra no esta incluida el resto del desayuno estándar para una habitación de 1000 dolares por no noche
2- el agua para tomar en la habitación no te lam reponen diariamente hay que pedirla
3- la ducha no0 tenia presión de agua estaba tapada tenia que usar la regadera de mano
4- las almuedas son dew fibra sintética vieja y empelotada dura (5 estrellas 1000$ por noche = plumas)

We make reservations for one bedroom with 2 queen beds but they give to us a king size bed!!! We was there for work I ask to refund me but they didn’t!! So we stay and we sleep in the same bed! This is not acceptable

Amazing except for the bad odor in our rooms.
Pros:

Wonderful stay in a great location, with a lovely atmosphere and beautiful interior. The breakfast in the garden was a real highlight, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive. Having a private deck where you can take a water taxi adds to the unique Venetian experience and makes the stay feel truly special.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in both rooms. Considering the price, I think something should be done to prevent sewage-like smells in the rooms.
We reserved two rooms on different floors, and unfortunately, both had a strong unpleasant odor, very similar to stagnant water or sewage that did not disappear after use of AC.

A truly exceptional hotel in Venice. The interiors are beautiful, distinctive and full of character, making the Metropole feel like much more than just a place to stay. I would definitely recommend choosing a room overlooking the canal — the view adds enormously to the whole Venetian experience.

What really sets the hotel apart, however, is the service. The concierge team deserves a special mention: everything was handled flawlessly and at the highest possible level, from excellent recommendations and restaurant arrangements to organising private water taxis whenever we needed them. Every request was dealt with quickly, professionally and with genuine attention to detail.

Even the smaller touches, such as arranging champagne in the room, were executed perfectly. This is the kind of service that makes a great hotel memorable.

An outstanding stay from beginning to end, and a hotel we would gladly return to.
