This is the most exceptional hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Firstly, everything worked. And in Venice, even in a 5 star hotel, you can’t assume that to always be the case. The showers had heaps of pressure and heaps of hot water. The toilets flushed powerfully. The power points worked, as did the tv and air conditioning. The beds were so comfortable I slept through the night for the first time in years.
I truly appreciated the love and attention that the owner lavishes on her property. It is immaculate. This is part art gallery, part home,part hotel. I “get” it and love it. Bravo Madame!

Une fabuleux séjour vénitien
Pros:

La décoration et l’emplacement est l’atout majeur du Metropole. Merci pour l’attention portée à l’anniversaire de ma compagne. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement bon avec du choix des fruits frais, une bonne charcuterie.
Le personnel est au petit soin toujours agréable et prêt à aider.

Cons:

En suggestion, proposer de bonne adresse pour les restaurants et tips de la ville
Sinon absolument rien à redire
