Well where do I start the hotel is stunning amazing location .....
The Staff are what really makes this hotel stand out, my husband booked Florence for my surprise 50th Birthday, never been to Italy before, we loved Florence.
First off I will start with Diana who is very sweet professional and lovely she kindly upgraded our room, which was lovely which also included delicious a la carte breakfast.
Diana showed us to our room, and we had a lovely chat at reception during our stay also a lovely porter I've forgotten his name was on hand to bring our suitcases to our room and always had a lovely smile on his face.
Unfortunately I developed a serious tooth infection whilst away- Paulus the concierge went ABOVE & BEYOND to help find a dentist as I was in tears with the pain. The following morning he wanted to see how I had slept due to the great pain he came to find me in the breakfast room to see how I was prior to the dental visit, that really genuinely touched my heart, and even to the point of calling me from his home to see how I got on at the dentist as his shift was finishing whilst I was at the dentist WOW what service.
Both Rafaelle & Paulus were so kind and so caring to help and see how I was. Also Eva on reception helped arrange my dental visit.
I would also like to mention Scarlett in the breakfast room always swiftly with her smile and customer service skills and she knew my tea order.
The staff care really do care you arrive as a stranger and leave as a friend.
This is a stunning hotel in a stunning location with stunning caring staff.

Outstanding hotel. Clean rooms all the time. Service was excellent. The entire staff was helpful and had a smile on their face. The hotel was in the heart of the city and everything was in walking distance.

Was with my family and we loved it. Charming boutique hotel that is centrally located just off the main path in a charming little street. Staff was excellent. Rooms are clean. A few oddities in the rooms like see-through doors to the bathrooms. But no big deal. We traveled to three cities all in nicer hotels and this was our favorite.

Stunning hotel in the best location with wonderful service. We arrived late so they set out a platter for us . Kind, thoughtful staff, nothing was too much trouble. We will return just to stay here

My week at Hotel Brunelleschi in Florence was truly exceptional. While attending a language program at Accademia Europea di Firenze, I had the pleasure of staying in a place where every detail reflects the highest level of professionalism and hospitality. The staff are outstanding—gracious, attentive, and always ready to help with anything.

The rooms are spacious, elegant, and impeccably clean, and the location could not be more perfect—right in the heart of Florence. What makes this hotel truly special is that it is part of the city’s history; staying here feels like living inside Florence itself.

Breakfast was excellent, and the intimate restaurant set in the hotel’s ancient tower offers a unique atmosphere and beautifully crafted dishes. A truly memorable stay.

All the services from this hotel are worth it 5 stars. The staff from front to the end are amazing people and they are doing their job 100%.
Breakfast time was the best food, the staff amazing people specially one person her name was Alina, very nice person and very friendly, hard worker ! From me 10 stars for this hotel from Florence. Highly recommend!!!!

The Brunelleschi was above and beyond what I could have imagined. The location is not only incredible but also historic, convenient, beautiful, and well thought out. The staff were incredibly friendly and there wasn't anything that could have gone better.

Fabulous hotel! The room was truly gorgeous and the service was exemplary — considerate and exceptionally friendly. We especially appreciated the advice and help of Raffaele at the concierge desk. In addition, the breakfast was delicious, plentiful and relaxed. The location could not be better. We hope to return!

We have just returned from an excellent stay at the Brunelleschi Hotel which must rank as one of the very best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service was quiet, very efficient and very professional but very warm and welcoming. Rooms were very quiet and extremely well appointed and the buffet breakfast superb. Being centrally positioned meant that all sites, restaurants etc were very close at hand. we felt very much at home here and wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend it to our friends. Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

The entrance to this hotel is in a picturesque quieter street a short distance from the Duomo. You are warmly welcomed from entering to the dining room. Throughout my stay the staff was unfailingly warm and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and anticipate any traveler's needs, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. I would truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

Staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Room was lovely. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. Lovely small bar for drinks and light meals. Perfect location in the center of the historic area - could walk to most sights. Best hotel I could have chosen - especially traveling alone.
