Pros:

I booked a room for my parents as a present & requested a few extras for the room- macarons and a note. The staff were so helpful and kind getting this sorted for me- everyone who I spoke to was so friendly and went above and beyond to help.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Friendly and attentive staff. Decor in our rooms was classic mixed with modern elements, for a chic feel and look. Communal areas beautiful and all very very clean. Valet parking was great and my car was brought round for the time I requested it. Excellent stay.

Fantastic stay at Balmoral hotel
Pros:

We had a great time at The Balmoral for our amazing five nights stay. We tried the fitness and spa experience and all the different bars and restaurants: we had a good afternoon tea in Palm court bar and a fantastic dinner in Number one restaurant too. Prince brasserie is the best option you can find for you dinner or breakfast here, all the staff is nice and we want to give special thanks to Laura, really welcoming and professional. We also tried Scotch, the whiskey hotel bar, where we had many delicious whiskies, thanks to our friends Ross and Curtis, and we were also given all the informations in our own language about all the different whiskies by an outstanding expert: Mr Edoardo, really keen on the matter. The stay was a great experience!

Het ontbijt is super, heel goed en de dienstverlening van het personeel is goed.

Cons:

De kamer viel tegen, gebreken worden niet opgelost en op alles, ook de kamerprijs, wil met 12,5% service charge heffen.
