Beautiful location with views of the water and mountains. Was able to check in a little early. Front desk couldn’t be nicer and helped with all of our needs and questions. Great staff all around. Delicious breakfast and nice lounge.

Beautiful property with a spacious from and gorgeous view. We had our two small children traveling with us and they were provided teddy bears on their beds, which made their day.

This hotel is a jewel in Zurich
We had a perfect stay. Room was neat amd comfortable. My daughter received some welcoming gifts. We had diner at the restaurant which was really good. No complaints about the breakfast. We will definitely come back when in Zurich.

Second time back! Love the location, amenities, beauty and peacefulness. Close to everything but also backs up to a forest with trails for easy hiking and nature walks. Breakfast buffet out of this world! By far one of my favorite places to stay!

Complimentary breakfast was great, especially for the location which is quite far from everything else.
My room came with a nice view of the city and river.
Room was warm and cosy even during winter (temperature of aircon was set to coldest). Would imagine it'd be warm in warmer season.
Great hotel, réception staff was accommodating to give me a room facing the lake.
A bit far from Public transport, but it's no deal breaker.
