That the lady at the front desk was so helpful.
That I was booked room 110 and when I went I to room some man's stuff still in there and the bed was unmade. I just backed out of the room.nd went to front desk told the nice lady what had happen and she put me in another room.

Breakfast area was cleanly.
1. Standing water in shower for two nights. Called early evening after the first night. According to staff to late to get it looked at.
2. Told we could use two credit cards to pay bill on morning we leave. Staff member at the counter lied and said we couldn’t and then said he didn’t know how to do it.
3. We were told card on file wouldn’t be run, only held for incidentals. It was run.
4. I was told I would receive a call from the general manager, never happened.
5. Monday morning breakfast was so much less than what was offered on Friday morning.
6. Went to front desk and asked for sheets to be changed. We returned around 9pm to find sheets weren’t changed, trash wasn’t emptied and dirty towels were still on the floor. I went to front desk to have my concerns dismissed because of being short staffed.

Everything was great
Small. It’s ok.
it was ok, we got in to eat at a little before 7am, and the food was ready, which was nice, since we had to leave early but alot of the food was already getting cold. but there was quite a bit to choice from (biscuits looked great but COLD)
Hot tub was not very clean. and the walls in some of the hallways looked like they need repair. The room itself was small but nice and clean.
Variety of breakfast items were great. Friendly staff
Confusion on “accessible” room then only ones were dirty. Housekeeping was summoned while we went to dinner. Extremely small room and hard to get around with a walker. Low water pressure, high shower for accessible and no hair dryer.
I would rate it lower but desk clerks and housekeeping were fabulous.
This place needs to be remodeled. There’s a mildew smell & the AC wasn’t working we had to switch rooms 3 times. The worse Marriott experience I’ve ever had
The staff are fantastic. The building is old with a weird layout. During our 3 day stay the key stopped working twice. Our safe ignored our password and stayed locked, and the message light on our phone flashed all the time, but there was never a message. Fairfield should move that staff to a new building.
