Cons:

We booked Zazz Urban expecting a true 4-star experience, but unfortunately, it was a massive disappointment compared to other 4-star hotels we’ve visited in Vietnam. While this hotel might be fine for a quick business trip, it is absolutely not suitable for groups looking to relax.
The Pool & Facilities:
Our main reason for booking was the pool, but it failed to deliver. The pool bar (Zook Bar) is closed indefinitely. Management claims it is no longer "promoted," but for a 4-star hotel, you expect food and drink service by the pool.
There are so few sun loungers that we were forced to lie on the hard ground. Management’s response was simply that loungers "may not be sufficient for all guests." This is unacceptable.
Food & Services:
The breakfast is 90% Asian-oriented with very few European options. Additionally, the laundry services are extremely overpriced, which felt like an attempt to exploit guests.
The Room & Staff:
On a positive note, the rooms were very clean, though they are quite small. The staff members are friendly and polite, but unfortunately, they cannot compensate for the lack of management oversight regarding facilities.
Compensation:
When we complained, we were offered one drink voucher per person, but only valid between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM, not solving our pool service complaint.
A stark contrast to the high standards of hospitality we’ve experienced elsewhere in Vietnam. If you want a relaxing holiday with proper pool service and a place to sit, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Séjour au calme, chambre très confortable
Pros:

Le fait qu’il ne soit pas situé dans un quartier trop touristique. La piscine, très agréable le soir. La chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et propre, la literie confortable. Le thé et le café en vrac, pas de sachets en plastique, c’est une très bonne chose.

Zazz Urban Ho Chi Minh hotel is very new, we stayed on 8th floor room 801 for 2 nights 18/3/26, the room is very comfortable and clean
Breakfast is the best from all the hotels we have stayed during this trip
I would highly recommend Zazz Urban hotel to friends and family

Pros:

Staffs are always go above and ready to help. Breakfast change every day mixed of western and Vietnamese all tasty. Room side is a little bit small but comfortable and clean will be back again

Super Hotel Wahl für kurz oder länger
Pros:

Es ist ruhig, das Zimmer war sehr schön, der Pool ist super und ruhig auf der Dachterrasse. Das Frühstück war gut mit frisch zubereiteten Speisen auf Wunsch.
