Pokój, lokalizacja, czystość, dobre śniadania, ale dziwny układ konsumpcji wykupionych z pokojem śniadań w oddzielnym mniej eleganckim pomieszczeniu, do którego wejście blokował zamek z kodowanym kluczem. Fajny basen i siłownia z widokiem na 18 piętrze.

Cena za trochę przechodzony **** gwiazdkowy hotel. 2250 zł za dwu osobowy pokój, a dodatkowo 36 zł za dobę/osobę za dostęp do internetu. W innych hotelach Vi-fi było gratis

Cons:

The toilet paper was rough. I would appreciate a list of different restaurant nearby in the hotel room. The restaurant there was great. The Toronto food scene is amazing. I would have appreciated a listing of the better close walking distance restaurants.

Terrible- avoid at all costs

1. Inconsistency in welcome and service
From the outset, we did not feel that we received the same level of warmth, welcome or attentiveness that we observed being given to other guests. On a number of occasions, the way we were greeted and interacted with made us feel as though we were being treated differently.

I appreciate that this may not have been intentional, and I would not want to make an accusation without knowing the circumstances. However, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and, at times, as though we were being treated differently from other guests. Regardless of intent, this is not how guests should feel when staying at a Marriott property. What made this more disappointing was that this was not simply one isolated interaction. It was the overall impression created by several interactions throughout our stay.

2. The lack of proactive service at check-out
The experience continued through to check-out.
When we checked out, we were simply handed a bill. We were not asked how our stay had been, whether we had enjoyed our time in Toronto, or even whether we needed any recommendations, guidance or information for our onward travels.
Particularly as guests visiting Toronto, I would have expected some level of engagement from the hotel team, even a simple “How was your stay?”

More importantly, the bill I was handed was significantly higher than I had initially expected, as we had been charged for Wi-Fi usage. It was only because I questioned the charges and asked the colleague to explain the bill that we discovered my Marriott membership number had not been applied to the booking. I was then informed that simply having the membership registered would have meant that the Wi-Fi was complimentary. This was particularly frustrating because it was an issue that could have been avoided through basic attention to the booking and membership details. I then had to spend time resolving the charge at the reception desk before leaving for our next...

Tutto, la camera spaziosa, il doppio ingresso che ci permetteva di accedere al centro commerciale Eaton in dieci secondi.
Un grazie particolare alla signora che gestiva la élite lounge durante il nostro soggiorno.
