great location, good breakfast, cordial, professional staff.
Pros:

Location -walking distance to Chinatown, Eaton Mall was around the corner, City Hall plaza was a block away.

Pros:

Belle grande chambre. Hôtel bien situé, quoique beaucoup d’itinérants autour. Personnel gentil. Bon restaurant.

Cons:

Le lit d’appoint (un divan-lit) pour notre fille de trois ans n’était pas confortable. Elle a finalement dormi avec nous dans le grand lit principal.

Hôtel qui mérite son standing
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement placé a côté du centre Eaton et avec un accès rapide à toute la ville. Chambre confortable avec équipements de qualité. Piscine peu profonde ( environ 1m) mais appréciable avec son SPA, surtout au 18ème étage.

Cons:

Les lots en 140cm, c’est petit !

Pros:

Locatie is top. Verder prima bar, liften, ruime kamers, goede comfortabele bedden

Cons:

Airco heel koud. Zwembad is eigenlijk niet echt de moeite waard.

great summer visit
Pros:

Great experience. We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 5. Rooms and hotel were very clean and comfortable. Reasonable walking distance (but not necessarily short) to many major attractions... Hockey Hall of Fame, CN tower, Rogers Centre, Waterfront, Royal Ontario Museum, plus many restaurants. Our car stayed in the hotel garage the whole time. We don't mind walking and this location worked great for our family. I would definitely return to this hotel.
