I want a refund, that was a disgusting experience.

Absolutely nothing, this hotel was disgusting! The health department needs to be called.

The entire property was awful. The room, “family suite” was disgusting! The room smelled of musty air. There were no clean towels, actually the stack of folders towels were used/dirty. The floor and beds were covered in sand!!! The bathroom shower smelled of sewer and had black mold along the walls. The physical condition of the room was deplorable; the door didn’t close all the way, gross walls with dirt and grim, the wiring was a mess. There were people loitering in the parking garage chain smoking. There was smoking through out the property. Absolutely never stay there, especially if you have children. This hotel should’ve closed! My husband got bite by a bug in the middle of the night.

Disappointing and would not recommend anyone to stay here ever, not worth the “value price”
Pros:

I liked the mechanic, he was perfect in every way and did a wonderful job helping us fix the toilet which would flush upon arrival and was unable to use for the the full first day of our visit.

Cons:

I would unfortunately say this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I think the bathroom being broken and not being able to use a toilet on site was crazy. We had to go next door to relieve ourselves. Thankfully there was also no access to clean drinking water (when asked if I could fill my water bottle with the tap in the kitchen the response was “I would not recommend it but we have water FOR PURCHASE next door.” The dehydration made it easier to not rely on the restroom as frequently. There was also a dead bug in our bed also which wasn’t cool, it’s sadly 2026, and I fear that this shouldn’t be the standard, I think a toilet, and water is the bare minimum for staying in a cheap hotel, basic needs should; at the very least, be attempted to be met

Реальный плюс - океан рядом, приличные магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности.
Недалеко аэропорт

Cons:

Ужасно. В номере была вонь и на мое замечание сотрудник никак не реагировала. Пищала пожарная сигнализация - она просто убрала батарейку. В номере без открытых окон невыносимо было находится. А окна выходят "в коридор". Пришлось спать с открытым окном (безопасности ноль), утром в 9 утра разбудили крики практически рядом - ругалась женщина и кто-то из администрации. Ругань была минут 10 и такое ощущение, что практически в комнате.
Моя одежда воняет до сих пор этим запахом. Не рекомедую.

Underwhelming
Pros:

The proximity to the beach was nice, as well as the free parking.

Cons:

It was located on an extremely busy street so there was a fairly consistent flow of traffic, honking and other street noise that made it difficult for people not used to traffic sounds to actually sleep. There was 1 communal microwave for the entire hotel to use on the bottom floor and the mini fridge in the room was more warm than the outside weather. The beds were very old and the springs poked through them all.

Pros:

マンハッタンビーチまで徒歩で行けること。
ウーバーでもビーチまでは8ドル程度、という立地の良さです。
スタッフの女性は荷物を運んで部屋へ案内してくださいました。

Cons:

バスタオルやバスマットなどタオル類がなく困りました。また知らない方にドアをノックされたり、夜中、叫び声が聞こえてくるなど少し不安になりました。

Squeaky bed. No closet. Only window looked directly out into an alley/side street. Shower hard to regulate.
