My friend and I stayed early May of this year and absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Everyone was so lovely, from the doormen and front desk staff, to the breakfast attendants and restaurant servers. Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. Seating on the patio overlooking the Mediterranean was the perfect way to start the day.
The location couldn’t have been any better…the hotel was the perfect jump off point for a walk around St Jean Cap Ferrat, so close to the Rothchild estate (which we loved as well), a short stroll to Villefranche sur Mer, and a short Uber ride to Eze and other Rivera towns.
Our room was large, beds were so comfortable, bathroom well appointed and the views were spectacular. 10/10. I can’t wait for my next visit and would not hesitate to book clients here as well.
This place is a jewel in the South of France. My family and I stayed here in July and it was amazing! Elegance, charm, lovely food and amazing service.

Everything! The location and views are stunning. The room comfortable and luxurious with impeccable service. Breakfast and restaurants excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary and the staff spoiled us in every way possible to make our stay perfect!

Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end. It was our first visit to the South of France and a special occasion—our 23rd wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, we were delighted to learn that our room had been upgraded. The suite was beautifully appointed, and we were touched by the thoughtful gift and handwritten note from the General Director, Bruno Mercadal. Every member of the team, from the hotel to the restaurants, made us feel genuinely welcomed. A special thank-you to Nelson at the Jasmin Restaurant for his outstanding service. We look forward to returning soon.

I simply fell in love with the hotel where hospitality is perfectly understood.
From reception to breakfast crew, everyboduy has a genuine smile and is eager to make your stay a memorable one.
The carpet in the room is the only negative remark but apparently next time I get a room without a carpet. Will be back....au revoir

My wife and I stayed here in May. The views were spectacular from the hotel grounds. We ventured down to the private beach and enjoyed the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant by the pool was lovely with top food and excellent service. The only down side was our room looked out towards the hills and actually looked directly at a power sub-station which was next to the railway lines. But sitting by the pool in the early evening distracted us from that.
What a beautiful looking hotel in a wonderful location, with stunning views over the sea from the terrace. Staff are fantastic in all areas of the hotel offering excellent service whether you are a first time guest or a returning guest.
The room was beautiful overlooking the pristine gardens with a side view to the pool and beach, everything you think you need and the little things you don't realise you need are in the rooms, which are attended to twice a day.
The only disappointment for us with the hotel was after we had checked out, There was a misunderstanding at check out resulting in us being over charged, this was addressed with the hotel within 24 hours who assured us the money had immediately been refunded to our card. Sadly after some time we have now had to raise a dispute with our CC company as the hotel has failed to complete the refund.
With such a high quality hotel it is disappointing that this has resulted in us leaving with a negative impression of the hotel.
