Comfy Friendly Great Neighborhood
Pros:

The staff were extremely nice and helpful and a special thank you the Irene! My room was comfy and clean. The bar area was nice and cosy. The neighborhood is super! Too many restaurants to choose from and I could walk to many main attractions and the Oxford Street shops.
Breakfast was nice, varied and good quality. I would certainly stay again.

Fabulous in lots of ways, just sort out the aircon
Pros:

Clean, spacious room for central, great location and loved the Miller Harris toiletries.

Cons:

Aircon not functioning - it said 18 degrees but the room was much warmer and very stuffy even when the aircon had been running for some time. Stayed in January so managed ok but wouldn’t be fun in summer. Mentioned to the reception staff in the morning but they didn’t seem too concerned (or not surprised perhaps)

A wonderful stay in Fitzrovia
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at The Rathbone Hotel. The location in Fitzrovia is perfect – very central but still peaceful, with many lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and very cosy after long days exploring London. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Holly and Vasco for their kindness and great service! Their warm and genuine hospitality really made the experience memorable.
I would happily stay here again on my next visit to London.

Bardzo dobry pobyt, wygodne łóżka, dobra lokalizacja i pomocny personel.

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, blisko do metra i atrakcji. Personel hotelowy bardzo miły i pomocny. Wygodne łóżka i dobre łazienki.

Completely Ruined Our Trip
Pros:

This was my second time choosing to stay at this bad hotel, and as expected, it was just as disappointing as my previous stay. They are always doing some kind of work in the building, and it is very noisy. They should inform their guests in advance if construction is going on, so that we can decide whether to book or not. We are here for leisure, but now it has become more stressful.

Its a pure hidden Gem. Location wise 10/10. Staff just amazing , reception staff was just incredible. Yevghenia and all the staff were wonderful to welcome and hotel even upgraded my room. Newly refurbished rooms and super clean.
