Although there seems to be good sound isolation between the rooms it's relatively easy to hear what is happening in the corridor. The room doors are heavy and self closing, which is great for security, but not so great for hearing them bang close as people arrive or depart. Only downside to the room that I noticed.
The lift is a little small. If you have mobility aids you may want to check measurements to get through the door.

There is truly very little not to like about this hotel. The location is exceptional, moments away from the energy of Soho, yet perfectly positioned on elegant street that feels wonderfully secluded from the bustle of the city.
The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, with a level of cleanliness and attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. Every amenity is thoughtfully presented and contributes to an overall sense of comfort and refinement.
A special mention must go to the bed and pillows - quite simply outstanding. The level of comfort rivalled that of a five-star stay, and I enjoyed one of the most restful nights I’ve had away from home.
The service was equally impressive: warm, professional, and effortlessly attentive, adding a personal touch that elevates the entire experience.
A truly polished and luxurious stay in an unbeatable location – I would return without hesitation.
Great location with Goodge Street Tube a short walk away and with wonderful restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Lucky enough to get upgraded and the room was exceptional. So much space and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were also very friendly.
