ITEM MISSING FROM ROOM, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, I HAVE TO PAY FOR ITS RETURN!
Pros:

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, the staff steals from you and then shovels steaming BS on you in the form of very weak excuses, and then they make YOU pay for the return of your belongings!

My toiletry bag was missing after housekeeping went through the room. First Front desk suggested housekeeping had been "confused," about a toiletry bag??! They said that they they thought I had checked out. Then why did they leave my hand cream, wet wipes and charger where I'd left them? They also left the bathrobe in the bathroom. Bizarre thing to take, my toiletries. Front desk provided me with a toothbrush and paste, but I don't feel comfortable staying where thieves lurk on staff.
They then blamed in on the "supervisor," again saying s/he thought that I had checked out.
How incompetent is your "supervisor" that s/he would take my toiletry bag but leave my hand cream (which was immediately next to the bag), along with my charger and wet wipes, and let the hotel bathrobe on the hook in the bathroom?!?! You need to stop making excuses. Your housekeeping team has a THIEF on it, FIX THAT and you won't have to make ridiculous EXCUSES, that only make you seem terribly incompetent!

PLUS THEY MAKE ME PAY FOR THE RETURN OF MY ITEMS!!!! WHAT A BLOODY NERVE!!!!!!!! Your hotel STINKS, your management is ROTTEN, and you have at least one THIEF on staff. Great Job TEAM!

Gracious living in beautiful old Montréal
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and amazing. Bedroom was attractive, spacious and comfortable, although the dark browns made it very dim and it was hard to read. Bathroom was wonderful. Location was terrific. Staff were lovely. Architecture was gorgeous (especially the old bits).

Cons:

By the end of the day, the pool, although very attractive, was dirty, with floating plastic wrap in the water and a clump of hair on the pool deck.

je trouverai un autre hôtel. Il y en a de si jolis lorsqu'on se promène!
Pros:

emplacement stratégique et propreté des lieux.

Cons:

Le détecteur de fumée était placé directement au dessus de ma tête de lit, je me suis réveillée la nuit parce que le voyant s'allumait continuellement et m'empêchait de me rendormir. C'était agaçant et frustrant.
J'ai été surprise de constater que l'hôtel utilisait une fragrance dans le milieu ambiant ( bouches d'aération)ce qui selon moi est incommodant lorsqu'on a des sensibilités( la senteur manquait de subtilité et était constante, tous les visiteurs n'aiment pas spécialement al même fragrance et à long terme c'est irritant et désagréable.. C'était une odeur imposée. Cela altère aussi le goût de la nourriture. J'avais l'impression d'être plutôt dans une salle de spa prête pour un massage qu'à l'hôtel.
Quand je me suis renseignée à la réception, je me suis sentie écoutée de façon polie mais la justification était selon moi indifférente et détachée.

Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. From the cleaning staff to the breakfast staff.

Cons:

When I booked the room it was supposed to be 2 queen beds. But we ended up having only 1 king bed. It worked out fine but wasn’t what we expected.
