A lot of money for a very average hotel
Pros:

Great location and view of the harbour

Cons:

Overpriced for what I consider to be a 3 star hotel.
The buffet breakfast was extremely disappointing

Great location by cruiseport
Pros:

Great location for pre-cruise stay. Close to shopping and sports venues.
Pros:

While the price was higher than expected due to a World Cup soccer game being played that night, it was an upscale hotel as reflected by both the staff and facilities. Great location for attending the World Cup soccer game and shopping, all within a reasonable walking distance.

Came for 2 night precruise. Convenient location with friendly staff and great views! Would recommend

Located perfectly to all activities we did. Very walkable. Beautiful view of harbor!!!! Staff at front desk very knowledgeable and friendly. Mansi and the front desk manager went out of their way to accommodate our stay!

Fantastic location at a decent price.
Pros:

The location was amazing. We loved sitting on our balcony. Looking out at the water.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und man kann einiges zu Fuß erkunden. Der Hopp in Bus stoppt vor dem Hotel.
Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Preis war sehr hoch und eine Rechnung per Mail habe ich leider nicht erhalten trotz Angabe der Mail Adresse.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially because of the hotel's excellent location. It was very close to Canada Place, where our daughter had an event, making it extremely convenient for our family. We also appreciated that the hotel has its own restaurant on-site. The staff kindly provided us with dining vouchers, which was a thoughtful gesture, although unfortunately our schedule was too busy for us to use them.

Cons:

One challenge during our stay was that the main elevator broke down. While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen and were beyond the hotel's control, it was inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. That said, the staff were accommodating and allowed us to use the service elevator, which we appreciated.

We also found the room to be smaller than expected considering the price. Additionally, some areas of the hotel appeared to need more upkeep, as we noticed stains and signs of wear that affected the overall impression of the property.
