room was old looking with old carpet and fixtures. Price was too high for facility with nothing included, no concierge, no breakfast etc. It just was an okay hotel with a high price.

Slightly outdated hotel with good location.

- God udsigt fra værelset (14. sal mod havnen)
- Venligt personale
- ingen støj fra aircondition anlæg
- nem check ind og check ud

Cons:

- Fitness rummets faciliteter var lidt forældede
- Døren til toilettet kunne ikke låses
- Intet nattelys på toilettet
- Lidt småt til fire mennesker - kun en enkelt lænestol og en hård stol.

Pros:

Very nice and big hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Great location to easy walk around and see great places. Big parking. Slightly overloaded, at least in the time we came, so manage your time for breakfast, elevators, etc. :)

Ok overall, wonderful staff.
Pros:

The staff are the best thing about this hotel. Friendly and so helpful. The cleaning staff do a great job keeping everything immaculate. It’s a really busy hotel with lots of large groups and cruise customers coming and going meaning the entrance and lobby area can be chaotic at times. The yet to be renovated rooms of which we had one the first night are incredibly dated with awful mattresses and minimal lighting. The refurbished room we had for 3 nights was updated and fresher however the mattresses weee not of great quality, there is little storage for clothes, no chair for the desk which is shallow, the safe was not bolted in to could be picked up and walked off with, the door to the bathroom was sliding but had no handle, the chrome cast didn’t work, our room unfortunately had a locked interconnecting door to other customers who we could hear talking/ coughing and using the bathroom. The view to the harbour was nice. Overall I’m not sure if I’d stay here again. I’d definitely not want a room that could be interconnecting for starters. The staff are a credit to the place.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Upgraded our room for no extra charge as it was my husbands birthday . Restaurant was top notch service and great food. We will definitely be back!

Pros:

Sucked due to amenities and food. Not worth the price we paid. Was expecting a much nicer and luxury experience. Thankfully delta stays sent us to Fairmont which was significantly better
