Vancouver très central mais mal insonorisé
Pros:

on y est restés en fait 4 nuits. 3 nuits réservées par une agence et une nuit supplémentaire directement.
(pour info sur Booking la chambre est à 180e la nuit sans petit déjeuner.) Avec petit déjeuner buffet il faut rajouter 25 e par personne par jour, une gros budget ! soit 230e la nuit , le choix en salé est très bien, pour le sucré qualité plus médiocre . C'est un hôtel au standing et tarif bien supérieurs à ceux dont nous avons l'habitude , mais pas convaincue que le prix payé vaille la différence.
Hôtel bien situé, c' est vraiment son avantage, ce qui nous a permis de beaucoup sillonner à pied . Bus 19 depuis la gare ou encore 15 petites minutes avec les valises pour aller station WaterFront pour prendre la Canada line pour l'aéroport.
Chambre spacieuse très propre, située au 10ième étage On a un petit balcon et un petit morceau de vue sur le port. 1 lit King Size , un bureau, un coin salon avec 2 fauteuils confortables. Tout petit frigo et cafetière ( les dosettes cafés sont renouvelées chaque jours). Grande télé. Le mobilier est moderne mais vieillissant surtout le fauteuil du bureau, la moquette est propre mais ancienne , un sol en parquet serait plus hygiénique.

Cons:

Vrai problème d'insonorisation : bruits de couloirs quand les voisins rentrent tardivement  mais surtout très gênés par  la salle de bains mitoyenne à la notre : bruit de douches, de bains qui coulent et de chasse d'eau , qui réveille au petit matin.

Pros:

Since we were leaving on a cruise, we decided to stay 2 nights at the Pinnacle Hotel for proximity to Canada Place. The hotel exceeded our expectations. This is a large hotel with many amenities. Professional staff and clean facilities.

A great stay in a fantastic city

Location. Our room looked tight out across the harbour. Very clean and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful

Great view and location….underwhelming hot tub
Pros:

The place is in a great location and we had a view of the harbour (paid extra for it…..highly recommend) which was beautiful. 15 min walk to all the shopping and restaurants and 5 min walk to the harbour.

Cons:

The pictures indicated there was a couch sitting area outside but when I asked at the front desk they informed me it was their penthouse suite.

The hot tub was also cool and the jets didn’t work. It also was not that big. Definitely underwhelming.

Pros:

The location is great, we were on the 14th floor with a glimpse of the ocean.

Cons:

I think this may have been a one of situation but I don't think our room was fully cleaned before we were checked in. There were towels in the floor in the room and the bathroom, and the garbage was not empty. I contacted housekeeping and they came and provided new towels. I was just surprised in such an expensive hotel to see this happening.
