Fantastic, absolute favorite!
Pros:

What can we say: Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. The harbour view was so nice! Very clean room, good beds. The restaurant/bar/bisto was super, food was excellent on all occasions. Staff very helpful and friendly. Really good service. Short walk to everything you want to see in Vancouver. We will have very good memories of our stay in Vancouver and this hotel is a huge part of this!

Cons:

Only minor: there was no smart-tv in the room for streaming but i assume that will be taken care of with upcoming renovations

Comfy and clean
Pros:

It was in a good spot, the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfy. When the fridge stopped working they brought a new one to the room quickly. When the room key stopped working, it too was fixed quickly.
Having a pool and hot tub was a bonus and the sun deck was also great.
Having Matthew be our server a few nights was excellent - he was our favourite staff member.
I also liked that the room was serviced each day. It was fabulous to come back from a day of sightseeing to a clean and tidy room.

Enjoyable stay prior to cruise
Pros:

Location was excellent for people about to cruise, view of harbour nice - liked that we could slide open windows for fresh air, very good bar/restaurant and great breakfasts. ‘Mature’ staff in restaurant were excellent and very helpful.

It was delightful!
Pros:

The location near the Harbourfront was wonderful.
Service was sensational. We arrived there off our cruise ship early Friday morning (between 8-8:30am). Bell hop stowed our luggage, we pre-checked in, and got a phone call around 10am saying our room was ready! We also ate at the bar and restaurant, P2B Bistro, and that was outstanding. Bar tenders/waiter were friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and delicious. We had the cheese platter and fish and chips for dinner. For breakfast we had the eggs Benedict and the signature breakfast.

Cons:

Would’ve liked a room with a view, (we were in 1012)but I got a good rate, so I know that probably wasn’t an option.

The room was adequate but as a senior I would have appreciated some information in my room.
Pros:

The breakfast was too expensive for what I received. I ordered 2 extra soft poached eggs and they were more hard than soft. The service was good although the waiter could not understand that I didn’t want meat. You need to take this into account for vegetarians.

The young lady maître’d was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Great for a short stay and walking distance to port.
Pros:

The location was great and very close to Vancouver Port, restaurants and shops. The staff is very cordial and checki in and check out were very quick. The pool and fitness center are OK, not the best but it worked for our family.

Cons:

The room was dark and outdated. The garden view was ok but our balcony was very dirty.

Cons:

Smoke alarm went off in the morning. When I called down to the operator/front staff they just basically discounted me and said it’s just a smoke alarm.
They said if it was a real fire that they have staff alerted the tone of the voice was way off. I felt unheard.
I left right away because I didn’t feel safe.
