Proximity to the cruise terminal
- A continuous enjoying noise in my room, all night long, generated probably by an engine/machine/something like that
- Even though a mention that breakfast is included for all room options was - and still is - attached to the offer, in fact, the breakfast was not included
- Horrible customer service: I wrote them about the 2 problems above immediately after checking in, but nobody bothered to answer me until my very last day of staying there, when I was called and asked if I want to change the room: really? less than 24 hrs before check out, you asked me to change the room, after I couldn't sleep 3 nights neither using ear plugs. They also offer me a voucher for 30 CAD credit for lunch, but I haven't used it, I gave it back at checkout because it seems like a bad joke: you offer me 30 CAD in stead of the breakfast that you haven't provided that cost more than 160 CAD?? And this is not about money, but about lack of respect and fake offers and advertising - they need a lawyer to explain them this is illegal and might have consequences as any break of the law.
- Everything looks and works out of date - furniture, shower, disgusting stains on the carpet in the room.
- Highly overpriced for what they DON'T offer and their attitude towards the clients.
- Worst accomodation and experience I've ever had in Canada.
Good location and bed was very comfortable
The room was in need of repair and renovation - bathroom door was broken/ill fitting and wood chip fell down every time the door was opened or closed. Fire alarm went off in our room at 9am on our first morning, just for one minute, but no explanation/no checks made. Noticeable holes in carpet and the harbour view was only partial (the photos on here are a bit misleading!).
The location and views are excellent. Hotel is a bit dated but still nice and comfortable.
Closeness to the amenities lovely harbour view. James in the bar was knowledgeable and friendly
Lovely view of the harbour, rooms very clean
Carpets in my room were very stained
Wooden doors very dated / chipped in places

Location
Room was badly in need of a renovation
The beds were comfortable
Room was dusty and old. Paper cups for the coffee, no mouthwash glass in bathroom. AC fan was like the noise of a helicopter.
Very nice view.
Room is little bit small.
Lovely staff great views from our room across bay
No kettle in room asked for one but one did not turn up ,whilst great room when rooms near were using shower their was a lot of noise finally we had to unplug fridge god was it noisy .
O and I had to take a video of room on leaving as a charge had been put in place in case of damages to be refunded if room ok so be careful .
When we checked in the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I do not take elevators so every time I needed to go to my room they would get someone immediately to open the staircase for me with a smile. Also it was my 63rd Birthday, they upgraded our (my daughter was with me) room to Harbour View as well as they left a bottle of Prosecco, chocolates & a lovely Hapoy Birthday letter from the manager! Thank you so very much for making my Birthday that much more special….
The room was absolutely spotless!!
