Superb location, excellent service, food and room. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. As a solo traveler I felt very comfortable and safe. Terrific value for money in April.
The best part of the hotel is the entryway, it all goes downhill from there. Pool area has rusted areas, pool water doesn't appear clean. Jets in hot tub didn't work. I had paid for bfst included with my room. When I checked in they only provided 2 vouchers per room and we were 3 in the room. The front desk said with the room rate from booking.com they were only to provide 2 bfst/room and to contact booking.com to sort the problem. I tried but no reply from them so I ended up paying so the 3rd person could eat bfst with us.
See above, I felt like a pest not a guest to the front desk staff when I voiced my bfst concern. Be sure to check out at the front desk as I was overcharged and got it cleared up before I left.
The room was really dirty. The refrigerator did not work and smelled. The water temperature drastically fluctuated when using shower. Mattresses were really uncomfortable. The elevators on the 14th floor were not working one morning and staff let us use the staff elevator. We could not even find the stairs to exit in an emergency. This was not a good experience for us on our family trip. Very disappointing.
Superb location. Excellent restaurant and very friendly staff.
Nothing
The location
The pool and hot tub were a bit small.
Close to ferry and shopping
Location, great view, comfortable beds
Hot tub is tiny and jets are not working (haven't been working for a while based on the signage near it).
Booked 2 rooms with bfst included for 3 adults and 3 children. When I checked in only 4 breakfast coupons. Staff said only 2 adult bfst per room. Talked with mngr who told me to take my problem to the company that Booked the hotel.
Great location downtown. Rooms were clean, relatively spacious (for downtown Vancouver), and the noise level was reasonable for the location. The staff were amazing, I don't think I have ever been to a hotel before where literally every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful, but that was the reality there. The breakfast buffet was good, but pricey without vouchers. The pool/workout area was much more open than I have previously experienced, which was appreciated.
Good location, walking distance towards restaurant and other tourist spot. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No locks for the washroom, and with a broken washroom door handle.
Utsikten och lugnet
Lite slitet
Location, water front view,
Ben was comfortable.
Air conditioning was noisy.
Not enough tables and chairs at the swimming pool.
No kettle, No tea, No glasses in the room
Parking was quite expensive.
This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at and my husband and I travel a lot, the staff were so amazing, the breakfast was so good, they even left a bottle of wine in our room when we were away, which in all of our travels have never gotten, we had a harbor view which we loved as we could watch the sea planes come in, we loved it so much we booked again for this September.
We had a great experience at this hotel. Die to cancellations and delays we arrived at 1am and were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. The room was cozy and had a great view of the harbour.
All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Max at the bar was fantastic.
The location was very close to everything and very safe
Would definitely stay here again
Great Location near the waterfront makes for easy access to the Seawall walkway. We walked to the Aquarium one day, and all over Stanley Park the next. Great restaurant perks for Rewards Club members. Great happy Hour bargains. Better value than "big" hotels in the area. Our room did show a bit of wear, but room renovations and updates are in progress.
This is a great hotel with location being a plus - it is close to the transit system and many restaurants and cafes. The rooms are a bit smaller than I thought it would be and the lighting is the room and bathroom are not the best. It is pretty dim in the bathroom.
