Staff was rushing. Asked a question no one knew.
One of our beds were un made luckily we only used 1 bed.
The casino I kept looking for someone to let me know how a casino works it’s my first time in a casino so I was clueless. The one person mi managed to find said Idk let me ask came back sorry I ask but we don’t know
My first thought ok who does? I wasn’t able to play
The 1st room was musty, the tv didn't work, and the smoke detector in the hallway directly outside the room was chirping, and there was a large stain on the floor that appeared to be blood. When I went downstairs to inquire about the smoke detector and tv, she gave us a new room. 2nd room was not as musty, the tv worked, and no chirping smoke detector in hallway. However, the smoke detectors in the entire building went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Very disconcerting at 3am!
The room was far from clean. Hairs in the bathroom, dead bug on bathroom floor, hairs in the bed.
Nothing.
There were bugs in our room, there was mold on the walls and curtains. We didn’t receive a refund nor did the lady we spoke to talk to us in a good manner.
Good location to airport. Room was clean and price was affordable.
The shower did not work and staff was difficult to contact.
No hot water in shower in the morning

Shower- it would fluctuate from hot to cold. Coffee was cold no real sugar just sweeteners. Curtains would not close all the way. Bright light in me eyes all night
Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom.

The water in the shower alternated between hot and cold without changing the control.
Pool is permanently closed.
Easy on off
Trucks, the people, not American , that are living there, grilling out on parking area, loud talking and partying. It started early and went late! Impossible to enjoy you stay and sleep well. Grounds unkept
