all the kids splashing my autistic son an none of the staff doing anything kids running crazy people being loud all night after we had already said something water through out the hotel kids screaming on the top of there lungs the kids where even splashing my grandmother.

Cons:

Outdated bathrooms. It’s time to upgrade. The pool was a madhouse. Staff let kids play with the safety equipment as it was their own personal toys. The life ring is not a toy to play with. The body board is not a toy to play with. They are both used for emergency life saving techniques. Big teenagers playing with a football in the pool with little kids trying to swim. What a joke.

Relaxing, quiet and needs well taken care of, friendly staff
Pros:

The front desk clerk was very friendly and polite took great care of us. Jacuzzi room was clean and the water was HOT! Quiet and peaceful!

Rude staff, didn’t give us pillows for pull out bed when asked? When I told them there were no towels in pool area I was told it wasn’t her problem. Then both days the breakfast was the exact same no other option and my gk are allergic to eggs. No kid friendly cereal was even an option. Then the pool area had no type of supervision kids were grabbing the backboard down and using it a raft and the chlorine was so strong just being in there not even in the water your eyes burned and caused you to cough I am very asthmatic and had to sit in a chair holding the door open so I could breathe ok. Then when we checked out all three of my gk ended up with sore throats and horrible coughs due to the overwhelming chlorine. Then last but not least I had to make multiple trips up and down to guest services because my room key wouldn’t work have the time. Pictures show pool was way overcrowded and plenty of kids not with parents kids in hot tub using it like a pool and the one of my gs shows he had to sit out quite a bit with his eyes.
