I asked for a close to the elevator was not accommodation made. On my last night the toilet would not flush. They brought me a plunder. Very unhappy about that.

I liked nothing. I brought my 16 yr old and her friend to use the indoor pool. Plus a jacuzzi room for myself. No where on your website did it say no one under 21 in the pool past 9pm. It was like 8 something when we checked in. Why wouldn't the front desk guy tell us we couldn't swim past 9 when he gave us our wristbands. So when 9pm came and they kicked us out of the pool. I wanted a refund. Never slept in the room. Were there for like and hour. Fro t desk guy said he would refund the $208 to my card. Never received the refund. Called customer relations and was deliberately put on hold for hours. So that's it. Your just going to keep my money? Im a single mom and was trying to do something fun with my daughter. You should be ashamed

I nor did my son eat breakfast,
my husband did and he started it was okay.
The bed linen had mold and there was trash in
hallway, the hallway and room smells. One sweet lady in housekeeping did change the bed linen,
my though about it is, if I saw it why didn’t the person not notice it when he or she cleaned the room?
The room had a smell of stinking feet, I sprayed the room down, but the smell remained. I had a hard time getting towels, there was 4 people in the room, there was enough towels for 3. Long lines, noise.
