Good, but not the best.
Pros:

It was friendly and felt safe.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was not good. Cereal, toast, eggs, sausage. No syrup or dairy alternatives. The cleanliness was 5/10. Shower walls needed washed, bed skirting had stains/crust on both.
The big issue was the mini split a/c unit on the wall. The fan was broken and really loud and then it started leaking water, soaking the entire carpet.

Over all stay was great.
Pros:

Didn’t make it to breakfast

Cons:

The cleanliness of the laundry room. I saw a dead roach in between the dryer while I was getting my clothes and that scared me. I don’t know if it came from someone or the facility has them. That’s the only place I seen one though.

Horrible, never again will I stay here or at a best western.

didn't have the breakfast too many people and the place was dirty

Cons:

I had to ask to have the jacuzzi cleaned in my room before I could use it and then house keeping argued with me on how it was clean, even though there was visible white power all over the black jacuzzi. I had to whip my hand in it and show her. Then she cleaned it but proceeded to step in the jacuzzi with her shoes on to wipe the mirrors. The shower in the bathroom was dirty there were dirty finger prints on the top of the shower mold growing on the sealing along with hair from whomever was in the room before me in the shower. Also how are you going to have a jacuzzi room on the first floor and not have fully private window shades. I had to make sure there wasn't anyone in the car parked right outside my room to be able to use the jacuzzi as you can see right into the room. I had a woman that was a guest at the hotel let me know that she could see me through the window getting dressed. Also with the parking lot lights the room is very bright at night when you're trying to sleep.

The location was close to the venue I attended for that weekend.

Cons:

The room hadn’t been cleaned throughly. There were crumbs on the floor and the sheets were stained… The property did come in and cleaned the areas that were affected.. They promised a discount of off my bill for the final 2 nights.. I never received it…
