Well well this is not what I expected

The rooms will be sheets were dirty holes in the wall microwave didn't work mold cockroaches room stunk services lousy could not get cream cheese tonight could not have anything under the room because I didn't do nothing I called booking.com several times call the sister company o i o several times nobody did anything here at the hotel even with notifications from them but most the evening overnight were very rude I suppose out of coffee maker in the room that wasn't in there that didn't happen just remodeling. To her homeless people continuously all the place their deals going down aggressive dogs for the other animals and people would not recommend staying here if you were a family or somebody that has high value queen queen place and clean the whole room myself after asking several times to have housekeeping come in and clean my room I had to strip my bed and sleep on top of my own blanket because the sheets were filthy the pillowcases before somebody pissed on them and they did nothing to remain situation told me I had to wait for the motels respond to the boogie companies request it's been 4 days and I still have none gotten any response from anybody here at the hotel or the booking companies.

Mir is a great person and I appreciate who is. I believe he needs help with his housekeeping staff

Housekeeping would only come to my room to see if we where check out or stay over. I had to come down to the front desk if I wanted clean towels or linen toilet paper or for a broom and mop to clean my room

Pros:

Unbelievably bad, only sheets on the bed, bed very uncomfortable, not clean or well kept. Plaster falling off ceiling in hallway. Only one bath towel for 2 guest. Advertised free breakfast but did not offer, kitchen area in disrepair. If I hadn’t been so tired I would have left and gone to another hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. It looked nothing like the photos. It was very gross, rundown, and felt unsafe. Some of the rooms glass doors were broken. Our room didn't have a peep hole in the door, it was just a hole so you could see right in! There were stains and holes everywhere. No toilet paper, the furniture was all gross and pulled away from the walls. Lastly, the cherry on top was that we found bedbugs in the bed. We could not even bring ourselves to stay more than 30min.

Filthy misrepresented mess. Desk clerk was very nice but the facility is a disaster.
Pros:

Nothing was at all even close to what appears in the ad. Supposed to have a fitness center and a guest laundry facility but both were empty, locked and out of service. No ice machine either.

Cons:

Filthy. So many roaches everywhere unbelievable even after we bought spray to help. No bedspreads either, only sheets and we both ended up with bites on us. Lots of drug deals by the pool-broken gate.
