From what I could tell, the staff did the best they could do with what they have! The place needs updated and someone put their trash by the elevator with Smelly diapers, missing a lot of light fixtures/covers and holes in the ceiling (hallway) I feel this should of been. A 30 dollar stay

The staff was honestly wonderful — kind, helpful, and doing the best they could. But the hotel itself was in terrible condition. The facility was filthy and the smell throughout was horrendous. It felt unsanitary just walking through the halls.

On top of that, the AC did not work properly, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The room got unbearably hot at night, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably.

It’s a shame because the staff was great, but the building is in desperate need of cleaning, maintenance, and better air control.

I did not eat the breakfast. The room was ok. I always travel with my own cleaning supplies. But overall my stay was peaceful!

The rooms were what looked like under construction. One bathroom had no lights unless you turned on the heat lamp. The AC hummed and rattled so loud you could hear it next door. The door lock was broken off so you could not secure your room. We were promised maintenance would fix it the next morning, they never came out whole stay. The tiles on the walls were falling off. There were piles of used diapers on the trash cans by the elevators that were not removed for the time we were there. Only one Ice machine for the whole hotel on the main floor. The elevator doors don't close all the way and you can see the floors as you go up or down. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else and you won't miss the individuals smoking weed at the entrance either with the night help smoking a cigarette across from them. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake we did.

You get what you pay for. Everything in this hotel is run down, from the floors, the ceilings (stained and falling apart), the carpets are dirty dirty (left your feet completely black after like 3 minutes. The sheets and towels and mattress were stained. People obviously live here, and the hallways constantly smelled like weed.

I came to town to visit my fiancé while our son is in the hospital recovering from a surgery

We could tell the hotel was being remodeled. Normally Hotels only do one floor at a time and don't rent any rooms on that floor. I rented two rooms. The couple with us got room 329, which should never have been available. The Bathroom's main light was missing; it didn't look like anyone had cleaned it. There was dried urine around the toilet lid, wrappers in the bathtub, no facial tissues, refrigerator was not plugged in. The safety lock on the door was broken. No Coffee pot. Room 344 was better but there were several packets in the toliet with white substance which we flushed, sink was very slow draining, several of the lights were unplugged. Never seen accessing a TV by changing input in any room I have ever rented. No Coffee Pot or alarm clock. We were there two nights and no one brought clean towels, shampoo, empty trash or made the bed. Breakfast was very unsatisfactory. They only had one waffle maker and there were two people in front of us and we had to wait for 7 waffles to be made before we could use. Had toast and bagels available and only two types of cereal which were not the most popular brands. No eggs, meat, fruit, biscuits and gravy.

Dirty place, elevator smells a dog pee.
Hallways and room carpet smeslls horrible and dirty

Dogs barking, people making noise all night.

Needs to switch name to motel 6

Having the mall and a couple of restaurants nearby was nice. The afternoon staff was welcoming and accommodating. The place looked dated and in a little rough shape. Bath tub was stained, shower quality was low. The whole parking lot scene was sketchy.

Bed is comfy, pool was comfortable, ac worked great, rooms and building in general could use a remodel and clean but wasn’t horrible

There was a smoky smell lingering in the parking lot and lobby. Once I got in my room it was fine.
