Pros:

The breakfast was good but the hotel is horrible

Cons:

They need to clean the rooms and put some air refreshers cause it’s very dirty and smells disgusting

Mediocre breakfast and maintenance disappoints.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Towels and sheets were spotless and in good shape. Room was spacious and layout was comfortable. Parking was convenient and location worked well. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. Eggs tasted like they were powdered and had a weird texture. Bakery items were not fresh. Layout of the breakfast area was constrained with awkward traffic patterns leading to difficulty moving through efficiently. Bathroom had bubbled paint areas and signs of mold in the tub area. Doors to every room on the floor had significant scrape marks from the housekeeping carts, creating an overall feel of disrepair.

I came back to Minnesota after moving to Texas a year ago. Staying at this hotel was perfect. I will definitely stay her

Avoid at all costs!!
Pros:

GC (manager) has horrible customer service. Refused to even provide me the printed statement at check out. Toilet clogged during maid service and then significant money charged to my account with refusal to show me the damage or cost of repair (fictitious charge to collect money). I had to have the police officer get my the statement of charges, as the manager refused. Manager also refused to provide evidence of damage (photos, items removed from toilet, nonexistent bill from a “plumber”, etc). Refused to provide information for the general manager. It appears to be a family run business with no business ethics or customer service skills. Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this facility at all costs!!

Overall it was a OK stay for the purpose of our visit to Minneapolis
Pros:

The room and the bed itself was very comfortable as well as the overall cleanliness of the room.

Cons:

The person on reception felt very "cold" and non-personal. And when giving instructions on the breakfast, Wi-fi etc he just rambled it off so fast a person could hardly understand him.

It was ok for a 12 hour stay, not great, barely ok
