Pros:

Location was excellent; price was great; easy to find but done construction made it somewhat challenging; easy check in; ice maker on our floor didn’t work; quiet even though it was right on 494;

Cons:

Ice maker didn’t work; hall carpets were dirty; bathtub safety bar was loose; one lamp didn’t work & one outlet was very loose for things to plug in

The beds were comfy

Cons:

1. We had a smoke detector that beeped ever 45 secons. When we told the front desk, he said they were full so we couldn't switch rooms. Then proceeded to say they all do that and there wasn't anything he could do but check us out. This was 1am in the morning, with no where else to go. We stayed a maintenance came the next morning to fox our toilet. Our toilet was working just fine. We told him about the smoke detector and he said "my bad, I will come back to change the battery." The additional hour we stayed, he never came back. Poor customer service with workers that didn't know what to do with basic hotel needs.

Cons:

The hotel was not clean. There was garbage left in several areas, and despite requesting room service, it was never provided. We were very disappointed with our stay.
Additionally, the staff working in the breakfast area were not friendly. They came across as rude whenever we asked questions, which made the experience even more unpleasant.
