Not very happy

The location

Cons:

While the check-in staff was pleasant and accommodating, our stay was highly disappointing.
We were initially assigned a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. After requesting a change, we were moved to a second room that had a sliding glass door was locked and missing its handle, leaving a large hole exposed to the exterior. The glass was also quite dirty.
The hallway carpet was dirty, and in the bathroom, we found a large piece of toilet paper that hadn't been flushed. Throughout the night, we felt unsettled and unable to sleep due to excessive noise. Every time a neighboring door closed, our own door would shake.
The breakfast was the only acceptable part of the experience. The staff is very available, friendly and nice.
Overall I did not feel safe during my stay and will not be returning

Decent Stay, close to the MOA
Pros:

There was breakfast and a pool there. The rooms were decent and comfortable. It was less than ten minutes away from the Mall of America.

Cons:

It kind of was old looking, I feel it can be upgraded more. The toilets did not flush the best,

Wont go back The Hilton is across the road so wil stay there.

We ask for a crib the webiste said they have cribs for babies thats not true they dont have and my baby had to sleep on the floor. WILL NEVER BE back
