I never spent a night there and managers refuse to communicate I tried getting a free cancellation December 22nd I was ignored. I tried to keep my bank out of it but, between booking and the hotels it’s clear it’s all on purpose to keep peoples money. DISGUSTING

Quiet stay. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room 107 was right next to the fitness room. We could hear people going in and out. The curtains are see through to the outside. So... keep your lights dim if you don't want outside people seeing you. The bathtub took about 30 minutes to drain. I was standing in a pool of water when showering. The toilet needed a few flushes to remove solids.

Cons:

The hottub was disgusting with what appeared to be feces and extremely cloudy water! The water was cold!
The bedsheets were dirty!

the hot tub and pool area were nice and my boyfriend liked the breakfast

Cons:

there was a couple stains on one of the beds comforter but that wasn’t a big deal for us because we were only sleeping on one of the beds

It served the purpose for a convenient location, but fell short on expectations relative to quiet.
Pros:

The location for our needs was good, e.g., easy access to our trip purpose, 494 and the airport.

Cons:

We were looking for more keto-diet options, however most of the breakfast items centered on carbs and gluten. Unfortunately, roller-derby girls treated the hotel like a college dorm. They were loud, obnoxious, and self-centered for the entire weekend. We had to call the front desk and ask them to stay in their rooms.

I liked the location of the hotel, the breakfast and price of the room.

Cons:

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights (Wed-Sun)and I filled out a form to have housekeeping every other day, which would have been Friday.They did not change the sheets or bring fresh towels at all. I had to ask for towels.
I also didn't like that there weren't any knives at breakfast for 3 of the 4 mornings. Hard to cut a waffle or spread butter without one.
