Ice machine on our floor did not work . Ice machine by the lobby was empty , had to use the one on the 4th floor .

My stay was good, I thought breakfast could be at least until 10:00 am it was good though.
Pros:

It was OK, a little smaller than most rooms. But, pretty good.

Cons:

When we left very early about 4:00 AM
there was someone not sure why in a smaller car a male who also had a another car waiting for him and suddenly took off when we left the parking lot. I mentioned this because I feel the hotel needs better security at night in its back parking lots!!
That person seemed to be maybe trying out open cars and possibly stealing cars??

It was excellent, the location was superb if exploring the city and I would stay again.
Pros:

Our room was very spacious and you could smell the cleanliness of it after immediately walking in. We loved the breakfast selection (specifically the sausage gravy with biscuits, the potatoes, and the flavor variety of bagels).

Cons:

The hot tub was very cloudy and appeared as though it needed to be treated. The smoking area needs to be further away from the main entrance.

No hot water in the sink. No hot water at all for a whole day, and couldn’t say when it will be back. I waited several hours, ruined my whole day and ended up moving out.
