Just ok
Cons:

There was no coffee sitting out, unless you paid for breakfast, which is very unusual at a Holiday Inn. The back door was broken so it would remain open and unlock allowing anyone to enter. Cleaner made our beds but did not restock k-cups in the room or given additional towels after each cleaning. (Found a plastic fork with wrapper under sheets on one bed)

The facilities were sufficient, the stay was disappointing.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and the location was convenient. That's about it, it was a sufficient place to get some rest overnight.

Cons:

First off breakfast was only open to 930 and there were no instructions about how it worked. It turned out that you had to put an "order" in with the front desk and then it would be served to you in the restaurant. But the line was so long at the front desk that by the time we reached the one staff person working the desk, she noted that breakfast was now closed, so we didn't get any. Even though we had paid for it as part of our stay. Also in our room the air conditioner was pulling off the wall, there was visible damage to the vanity, and a big chunk of the wall was broken near the shower. And the tissue holder looked like someone had attempted to stuff all the tissues back in from the top. It just looked like nobody cared about the facility enough to keep it maintained.

Pros:

Kristen was the absolute best you could ever expect in any hospitality business. What a delight! I was impressed with her upbeat attitude, knowledge of the whole business, and how she loved her job. I felt welcome, appreciated for being there, and left wanting to return. She made the whole experience and I would come back just because of her. That’s not what I usually expect from an airport hotel! We appreciate you!

1 Star !!
Pros:

For starters Parking lot not plowed and many opportunities to have it done. When we arrived in 3 cars in the lot and parking lot was a mess!!! After 3 days, still not plowed. The whole reason we even took a chance on this Hotel was because they provided Breakfast but we soon found at the next morning that they were not providing breakfast after all !! The room appeared clean but after looking around the floor needed swept and the carpet needed vacuuming. The security lock on the door doesn’t work and the side/doors are left unlocked even though it says a card is needed to enter. This Hotel a 1 star at best and by me being a Travel Agent I will provide my feed to the vacation referral system

I always stay at this location when traveling to Indianapolis. Clean hotel with friendly staff.
