Kristen @ The Crafthouse Taproom was excellent! She went the extra mile for us after a long day of travel. Entire location is wonderful, staff was perfect. Check in was friendly, helpful and a breeze!

Kristen was the absolute best you could ever expect in any hospitality business. What a delight! I was impressed with her upbeat attitude, knowledge of the whole business, and how she loved her job. I felt welcome, appreciated for being there, and left wanting to return. She made the whole experience and I would come back just because of her. That’s not what I usually expect from an airport hotel! We appreciate you!

For starters Parking lot not plowed and many opportunities to have it done. When we arrived in 3 cars in the lot and parking lot was a mess!!! After 3 days, still not plowed. The whole reason we even took a chance on this Hotel was because they provided Breakfast but we soon found at the next morning that they were not providing breakfast after all !! The room appeared clean but after looking around the floor needed swept and the carpet needed vacuuming. The security lock on the door doesn’t work and the side/doors are left unlocked even though it says a card is needed to enter. This Hotel a 1 star at best and by me being a Travel Agent I will provide my feed to the vacation referral system

Milan is the greatest.She has great customer service skills.Always attentive , always asking if i'm okay.
Kertyn is also a wonderful attentive employee of the hotel?My stay was wonderful and everyone treated me with love , kindness and respect

Unfortunately the airport shuttle wasnt working but the staff really helped out Especially Milan at yhe front desk she was awesome

Kristen, is the best!!! This really wants more than 100 characters and I'm too drunk to make that many so deal with it she's still the best. And no she did not overserve me!!!

Kristen was awesome. She was the waitress and was a treat to interact with. The food hit the spot. Beer was spot on. Great start to vacay.

I always stay at this location when traveling to Indianapolis. Clean hotel with friendly staff.
I always look forward to having dinner at the Craft House. Kristen always greets me with a smile and is always a source of good conversation. She is the reason that I keep coming back!

Paid extra for breakfast, but they regularly don't serve breakfast. Don't advertise it then! And not refunded. Bed are directly on the floor without bed frames. Jets roar over until after 1 am. Hotel staff complains about running of hotel. Microwave doesn't work well. Bathroom vanity is nicked and worn. Coffee in lobby is cold. Website takes Discover card, but then only told at hotel they don't take Discover. This doesn't not measure up to a Holiday Inn Express let alone Holiday Inn.

Monica was amazing from beginning to end. We came from the Red Roof Inn to the Holiday Inn and she ensured to get us in quickly and offered the airport shuttle.
