Handicap room with open shower floor drain couldn't handle water flow. Shower water went from hot to cold in minutes with out moving thr flow handle. Door handle on bathroom door came off
Breakfast was pretty standard - acceptable.
Was only there for a few hours. So the price was steep for just sleeping.
Only one elevator was working for guest and staff
The location of this hotel was excellent. The stuff was unbelievably outstanding. Specifically, Beryl. She was incredibly kind and helpful.
Only one elevator was working. There was also a lot of parking lot construction but I realized summer is short and only a small timeframe to get that done.
Nothing breakfast was set up. Drink station didn't work. And when I got ready to check in the front desk clerk was rude.

The elevator only had one working and took forever.
The amenities were nice for what was needed.
Down to one elevator from our stay.
We have stayed at this hotel often (family nearby). The renovation was much needed and it was well done. New lobby. Hallways with new carpet and wall paper. Rooms freshly painted. New exterior painting. All well done. BUT there was only one working elevator, and a hotel this size needs two. Often when we have been there this elevator has nt worked. Seems to be a chronic problem and it should be dealt with. Very inconvenient with only one elevator.
The renovations are great.
