Wer hier angenehm Aufenthalt will ist eigentlich falsch . Vermute in den USA ist man diesen Standard gewohnt .

Das Bett war bequem. Nahe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Billige absteige , Frühstück alles nur Plastik Geschirr, alles nur fertig Zeug unfassbar lieblos . Unterirdisch für europäischen Standard. Preis Leistung vielleicht in USA ok aber für meinen europäischen Geschmack überteuert.

It was pretty close to stores and coffee.

Cons:

Our room had dark black hair on sink and in the shower and on the floor. No fan in the bathroom to keep steam at bay. And also one of the queen beds didn’t have a fitted sheet. To me it didn’t seem clean enough for the price paid.

Nice stay, will return again
Pros:

Have stayed at this property numerous times over the last few years, however this was the first time since the recent renovations…..our room was updated and we found it quite comfortable……new carpets, bedding, features, etc. really like the updates. However, really wish there was better seating in the lobby area……Breakfast is nice with lots of choices and staff kept the area very clean. Front desk staff are very nice too.

Cons:

Seating area in lobby is sort of cold, not very inviting for socializing….just my opinion

It was good but could have been better at check.out
Pros:

I loved the location but was not happy that I was unable to switch over my credit card to a different card. The front desk clerk did not understand English and was not able to accommodate us on that.

We loved the convenience to Grand Avenue and the downtown area.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. Your staff was always refreshing the buffet. Items available met our needs and then some.

Cons:

I know that you’re remodeling this location and that is a tricky task…maintaining an operating business and also renovating. While we were at the pool (which is an amazing space) they were power washing the outside of building. It was a little off putting.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very good.

Cons:

The breakfast was lacking. The room thermostat kept getting the room too warm and then way too cold. The hot water wasn't hot the first of three mornings. Maintenance was able to get it better for days two and three.
