Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Super Frühstück. Alles wie immer sehr lecker. Alle sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder. Wir schauen gezielt auf das Hotel, wenn wir in Nürnberg sind. Sehr zum Empfehlen.

Unter dem Spannbetttuch war war eine Folie ( wohl ein matratzenschutz) der unangenehm geraschelt hat. Hat sich billig angefühlt. Das Zimmer war gut aber das Bad leider steinalt

Waren nur zum Schlafen da.kann mich somit nicht mehr äußern. Hotel war sehr ruhig und die Fenster sind sehr gut gedämmt.

War seit Jahren unser Favorit, aber ab jetzt werden wir in Nürnberg ein anderes Haus bevorzugen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, die U Bahnstation ist direkt beim Hotel und Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden

Cons:

Die Reservation via Booking war schwierig und der Preis war höher als bei einer Direktbuchung. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (7 & 5). Mittels App konnten wir die gewünschten Zimmer nicht buchen, sondern wir mussten die Buchungsabteilung direkt kontaktieren. Diese ist leider nur von Mo - Fr von 8 bis 17 Uhr erreichbar! Die Reception kann keine Auskunft über Buchungen geben und hat auch keine Kenntnisse über die Öffnungszeiten des Arvena Restaurants.
Die Bar verdient ihren Namen nicht denn die Qualität der Drinks ist stark personalabhängig. Selbst der Prosecco lässt zu wünschen übrig, da die Flaschen teilweise lange offen sind und das Getränk nicht mehr sprudelt.
