Ein gelungener Urlaub mit Freunden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, mitten im Zentrum und 10 min. zu Fuß zum Strand. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Una de cal y otra de arena.

La amabilidad de la chica de recepción que en todo momento nos ofrecio lo que necesitabamos.

El dia de antes llamamos para avisar que llegariamos pronto y si por favor nos podian dar la habitación y nos suelta la chica que nos atendió que no, que para entrar antes habia que pagar más, y que hasta las 16 horas no se podia entrar a la habitación........alucinamos con la mala atención de la chica. Ahhh, que como la reserva era por Booking que ese era el problema, que si eramos socios de la cadena quizás podira hacer algo.........fatal.

Great clean, modern hotel - a great base for getting out and about in Alicante.
Pros:

Excellent location near the old town and the marina. Modern, clean rooms and staff were very efficient and friendly.

Cons:

We had a room at the front and found it to be a little noisy although it is extremely well insulated and is not really on a busy road, just central.

de badkamer, onhandig ingedeeld, bijv geen haak om de handdoek op te hangen bij de douchedeur. de kamer had een weinig licht aan het plafond.

Pros:

Centrally located, quiet street, but close to lively neighborhood.

Cons:

They give only 1 bottle of water on check in and call it a "compliment", next day water is payable :))) 4 stars hotel...
Booking process was also hectic - they demanded upfront payment 100% not via booking.com but bia 3rd party payment provider... it was legal but still not very convenient. Then they annoyed me with emails asking for online check in where i had to scan my passport and basically do the job of their employees ... A lot of bla bla bla about saving environment but water in toilet was leaking constantly ... hotel is mot bad, while room supposed to be more spacious... but that's Southern Spain so it's like everywhere else there.
