Great Hotel in the city centre
Pros:

Just returned from a 5 night stay. The hotel and staff were superb!
We were on the 7th floor and lifts were great, never had to wait more than a minute.
The room was big and bed was huge and so comfortable. Air con worked great.
Room was well equipped with kettle, fridge and lovely bathroom products. A large powerful hairdryer was also provided. Free security safe in the room too.
Towels and bed linen was changed daily.
Our room was at the back of the hotel so we had an awful view of a brick wall, but it meant it was very quiet at night which suited us.
Breakfast was okay, but the hot buffet mainly catered for Spanish. There's plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt, and lovely freshly baked pastries, cereals and a variety of bread.
Hotel staff were lovely and friendly, gave us a city map and helped with our travel queries.
There's also complimentary tea coffee and hot chocolate machine 24 hours in reception which was a nice touch.
We'll definitely return to this hotel.

Cons:

Lack of drawers or storage in bedroom, only hanging space and two shelves.
Shame on balcony in rooms.

Por ejemplo, la ducha está completamente cerrada, cosa que todos o casi todos la tienen medio abierta, con lo que siempre se sale el agua. Muy bien por la ducha.

Uśmiechnięta obsługa, pyszne śniadania, świetna lokalizacja. Ładnie i czysto.

Cons:

Pokój wyłącznie do spędzenia nocy - niewielka przestrzeń, okna wychodzące na ścianę z innymi oknami, brak miejsc do siedzenia. Ale nie po to przejeżdżaliśmy do Alicante, żeby spędzać czas w hotelu. ;)

Et svært behagelig hotell
Pros:

Rommet hadde lyst og tiltalende interiør. Det var vendt mot bakgården og derfor helt uten forstyrrende lyder. Hotellet var lett å finne og hadde topp beliggenhet. Frokosten var svært god og var en god start på dagen. Hotellet er mitt første-valg om jeg skal til Alicante igjen.
