Pros:

Emplacement, sécurité, décors, piscine.
La salle de bain était impeccable!

Cons:

La climatisation était très forte. Il faisait froid.
Le service du petit déjeuner était avec des assiettes et couverts jetables. C'est un peu dommage.
Les coussins du sofa-Lit étaient tachés.

Clean, comfortable, and enjoyable!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and our kids enjoyed the pool while we waited for the room to be ready. Our flight was incredibly early the next morning so the location and proximity to airport made things easy.

Cons:

Decor is a bit dated and tired, but everything was clean and welcoming.

My mini vacation in Hampton Hotel, isla Verde.
Pros:

There were two staff members who may our stay super enjoyable: Mr. Alberto from the kitchen and Ms. Stephanie from the front desk. They are amazing people. When I got there, they assigned us a room that has a very high level of noise. My brother could not sleep the whole night and I could sleep because I have a problem with my back and was in pain the whole night because the bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for a room change. They gave us a lower room with not noise and Stephanie managed to find me a memory foam mattress. So we were happy with our room. Meanwhile, Mr. Alberto who is the chef from the kitchen heard that we can no consume pork as part of our diet. He took the time to prepare for us every single morning turkey saugeges or turkey bacon for breakfast. He is an amazing person and should be recognize for the way he treats guests. I would definitely stay there again. The staff from the restaurant by the pool were also very nice! Kudos to them.

The fact that they didnot make my bed one day because they claimed that's the hotel policy. They said that they make it every other day. I went to the front desk and I requested a change.i told them that if I paid the same amount every day, I expect the full service every day. They send a person to do my room every day after that.

Pleasant - could have been better with little to NO effort.
Pros:

Noise from the airplanes taking off from the airport was unexpectedly loud early in the morning. If my room was on the other side of the hallway i suspect it would NOT be an issue. Suggestion: book all rooms away from the airport side of the building FIRST. No reason to put guests in the loudest rooms in the building until required based on occupancy.

Common sense for anyone in the hospitality business interested in ensuring the highest rated guest experience possible.

SJU Short Stay
Pros:

Very conveniently close to the Luis Muñoz Marin (SJU) airport. Very clean rooms. Full breakfast available in the ample dining area. Close to local restaurants and shops. Staff are attentive and friendly. Because of our short (one night) stay, we weren't able to visit the pool area but it looked inviting.

Cons:

With the understanding that anything close to an airport carries a steep price, the hotel could offer a few more amenities, such as a better in-room coffee maker and a microwave besides the mini fridge. Additional hooks in the bathroom would be helpful.

Convenient, Comfortable Overnight Before a Cruise
Pros:

In for one night before a cruise. This is a great place to relax before the trip. Swimming pool with a great rotunda snack shack poolside. It has a limited menu but food is very good. Extensive breakfast buffet. Happy hour 5-7 with complimentary drinks. Rooms large and comfortable. Only downside is loud take-offs from runway close to the property. Special kudos to Irma for friendly service at the snack shack and happy hour.
