Bad customer service
Pros:

It’s honestly really disappointing the way oír group was treated . We’ve been here for 4 days already , we called the second day to ask to please clean our room and was told that it’s one day yes and one day no , we said okay . Third day comes around we leave and come back 7pm …. Nothing was done . We left today 7am and on the way back from aguadilla we called and asked if they were cleaned … we got told one of the rooms was cleaned and the other room was currently being cleaned . We arrived now at 6pm , nothing was done . This little kid game is ridiculous. I’ve never had this problem at any hotel . They always clean EVERYDAY! Get better workers .

Nice stay at Hampton Inn and Suites San Juan
Pros:

Hampton Inn and suites San Juan is a very nice place. The building and grounds are well maintained. The location is convenient to many restaurants. It is less than 10 minutes from the airport. The sound of the airplane is fairly loud from the pool. However, the planes are surprisingly quiet from the room. Breakfast is standard Hampton fair. Premade omelette or scrambled eggs. Sausage links or sausage patties or Italian sausage. Breakfast potatoes. Waffle and pastries. Boiled eggs and oatmeal. Juice and cereal. The beach is three blocks away and two chairs and an umbrella are provided with coupons from the front desk. The pool is very nice with plenty of comfortable chairs and umbrellas. The food at the pool side Gazebo is very good. Many people talk about the hamburgers. We found the shrimp tacos to be delicious. There is a busy highway between the hotel and the airport. Highway traffic is noticeable from the pool, but not really noticeable from the rooms. There is a Pueblo two blocks down the road that is a very well stocked grocery store. There is a reception in the lobby/breakfast area every evening from 5 PM to 7 PM. Cocktails and Coke are provided. There is also some type of snack like popcorn or chips and cheese or mixed nuts.

Great Location by the Airport
Pros:

Great location right by the airport. Friendly staff, great happy hour, fantastic breakfast. It was quiet. I would recommend if flying in or flying out and you want to stay close to the airport.

A very recommendable hotel
Pros:

The front office staff was extremely helpful, the room was comfortable, neat, clean, and it all went very well

Pros:

Not the best Hampton I’ve stayed in! Located about 6 mins from the airport this Hampton is in need of a major revamp. They slapped some paint on the walls and called it a day. The staff on the other hand the staff was lovely, there is a pool and a nice breakfast.

Priced kinda high. The staff at the desk were not real frindly much at all. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
The beach is behind Dennys close and nice. Plenty of restaurants walking distance....

Pros:

Nice and clean near the airport.

Cons:

Despite requesting late checkout in consideration of my 82 year old mon and a cancelled 6 am flight the answer was “no, we are booked solid.” We gladly checked out at 10 AM.
