Good but less than personal.
Pros:

Nice and clean near the airport.

Cons:

Despite requesting late checkout in consideration of my 82 year old mon and a cancelled 6 am flight the answer was “no, we are booked solid.” We gladly checked out at 10 AM.

Trots att vi hade ringt och mailat om att vi skulle landa sent med flyget och vi blivit lovade att vi hade rummet som vi betalat för så hade dom avbokat vårt rum men utan pengar tillbaka.

Excellent. I would return again.
Pros:

We were able to check in early due to the room being available. All of the staff was helpful and friendly especially Jose and the girls by the breakfast station.

We arrived around midnight and had to checkout early morning due to a rescheduled flight.
Pros:

Pros:

The pool and breakfast were good. The hotel is verry close to the airport.

Cons:

The mattress in the sofa bed is so uncomfortable. Next time I will just request a double bed. The washroom was not to clean. I found Hair on floor and shower. The washroom also needs a fan. Every time we took a shower we had to pass a towel on the mirror.
The front desk men specially (Michael) need classes on customer service. If you are at the front desk and work with the public, you should know how to speak to customers with respect.

Extremely Expensive for an average room. Rooms need some deep cleaning!

The staff and the food were great.

Cons:

Overpriced and very dirty rooms. Mold on the ceiling. Vents were dirty and the floors were extremely dusty and lots of dirt. Urine on the outside of the toilet . Considering we were 2 females in the room that was disgusting! Maintenance had to fix both TVs in the room. Brought it up to the front desk and Victoria could care less!
